Easy walk to the beach, all the gear you need (towels, umbrella, cooler), and a great view from the lanai and roofdeck.
This is our second time staying in this building, first time in this unit. I love watching the whales from the deck and by being able to do that, my husband could sleep in and I wasn't rushing to get him up and out of the condo.
The unit is well appointed with extra bath towels, beach towels, a cooler, misc beach equipment, 4 Tommy Bahama chairs and 2 beach umbrellas. There was ample laundry supplies when we were there though I'd brought our own as well.
The AC kept the living room area cool. We used the ceiling fan and the tower fan in the bedroom as it does get warm, that kept it tolerable.
The parking spots are super small as the building is from the 60s so be prepared when thinking about your rental car. There are carts available near the mailboxes to bring all your belongings up in the elevator.
The rooftop is great for sunsets, however, the long term guests/owners take over the viewing area so get up there early or just walk over to the beach. We were able to walk to the local restaurants, Kam I & Kam II, snorkel rental places etc. It's so nice not having to use the car.
The property is just as described. Right across from Kam I and within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and an ABC store. It was very clean and the property management staff were responsive. My family and I would love to stay here again.
Less than a block from the beach, Kameole I…doesn’t get much better! Would def stay here again. Since we make our own meals the kitchen had all the utensils, dishes, pots and pans plus! The view from the lanai was perfect for morning coffee and lovely sunsets. We used the AC a couple times but then decided the ceiling fans did a credible job. Communication with the property management was excellent.
This was a pleasant condo to stay in.
The property management company was very responsive & great to work with. We will definitely book this property again.
The location to shops and restaurants and the view from our balcony was the best!
We really enjoyed this place. The view off the lanai is the best. We watched the sunset multiple days, and walked to many things without issues. The lanai has a great umbrella and beach chairs so you can relax on the beach across the street. The things that could use a bit of improvement: The bathroom is very small and the shower needs a bit more bleach. (I realize it's a tropical place and humidity is high all the time but the mold could easily be remidied). There was a miscommunication with the manager so she just came into the unit one morning while we were getting dressed. She apologized profusely and she was very nice but communication could be better.
Loved the place.. Would stay there again.
My wife and I had a nice stay in the condo. The unit has great views and the location is awesome. Close to a really beautiful beach and many restaurants. Unit was clean and well stocked for a day on the beach or cooking a meal.
We loved staying with you, the place was clean, safe and comfortable. The only draw back was the air conditioning which is not sufficient for the whole condominium, other than than everything was great !
