The condo was good. Lanai, fabulous! The grounds at Maui Sunset, extra clean and tidy always!
Great location. I would suggest the owners add a cutting board to the room. The counters are way too nice to cut on. We had to use a plate and that was not real convenient. Other than that it was perfect.
Had everything we needed. We like the grounds.

Cindy and Brad’s condo saved us! Our first choice in condo cancelled on us last minute and left us scrambling. Cindy and Brad’s condo had all the basics we needed. Comfy bed and stocked with kitchen essentials.

After staying at the Maui Sunset over the course of ten years or so, we found 302B to be in poor condition overall. Plumbing,appliances, cabinets and walls all needed to be brought up to Kumulani standards. The furniture, especially the bed, was not what we expected from Kumulani in today's condo market.
My son and I met up with family for a celebration, it’s our second time visiting Maui Sunset and we love the facilities. Our family and friends have been coming here for over 20 years!
The unit we stayed in was more outdated than expected. It had a slightly musky smell, however, once we got the AC on and lanai open, it was hard to notice. This is a great unit if you don’t want something upgraded, can’t beat the location. However, if you are looking for a more modern unit with an upgraded kitchen, this may not be a fit.
We can’t wait to come back to Maui Sunset again next year!!!
Easy to rent and very reasonable for the season. Property it’s self is kind of dated and could use some spritzing up. But for the time we actually spend in the unit not on the beach, it was perfect!!
It was a good day although there was a large storm the day after we got there . Property was OK a little outdated and some damage in the master bathroom ceiling from neglect. It would be nice if they had a cutting board that was larger
