This was our 2nd time at this rental and we loved it. It's located right across the street from the beach, next to a convience store, and within walking distance to restaurants. The place is clean and very comfortable.

This was a wonderful location for our family! It was great to wake up, grab a cup of coffee and then either sit outside on the patio or walk across to the beach. It had everything we needed to make meals, grilling across from the beach is a great way to make dinner! We were extremely happy with the entire stay and would definitely stay here again!

The condo was nicely updated and had everything needed to enjoy our stay including beach umbrella, chairs, masks and snorkels. There was soft soap at every sink, ample shampoo, conditioner and body wash, good quality toilet paper and paper towels. A nice washer and dryer included. The kitchen was well equipped.The only downside is the unit is very close to S Kihei Rd. There is a lot of traffic noise with some drivers going out of their way to make noise (booming radios). The bus stop was also right outside the living room downstairs and master bedroom upstairs and at times seemed to attract unsavory people who at times liked to argue with one another.
This spot was perfect! We loved our stay.
Very clean and well appointed condo in a good location. Views of an excellent beach (across a somewhat busy road). Walking distance to souvenir shopping and some delicious local eateries. Be sure to walk to Coconut's Fish Cafe for the best fish tacos

This property is rented through PMI Maui and communication with them was clear and easy. (Thanks, Matt!) The location is wonderful - you're right across the street from Kamaole 1 beach with the easiest access imaginable from your living room sliding door, and simple access going around by the pool area (just follow the stepping stones). While some may be concerned about South Kihei road and street noise, we found it quiet other than the occasional garbage truck or super-ridiculous automotive sound system. In short, it didn't ruin a moments sleep. The condo is well-appointed and included some very nice and unexpected additions including beach chairs and sand toys for kids, etc. They even provided sunscreen! There's also a pool twenty feet from the door for those afraid of sand, ocean water, the occasional fish, etc. While the kitchen was pretty-darn nice, those of you who prefer to spend their vacation dining out instead of cooking (that'd be me) will find plenty of good restaurants within a reasonable walk, and far more just a short drive away. Simply put - If you're looking to stay in Kihei, you owe it to yourself to check out this property.
Very clean lots of extras to use. Air was not working in one room at arrival they got to it quick and fixed. Hosts were very helpful

This was our third or fourth time staying at this condo. With the new owners, it is been upgraded very nicely. Super good views of the ocean from all windows in the kitchen and main room. (The windows were pretty dirty, and need to be cleaned more often.) the condo is super close to good restaurants and of course overlooks the beach, so no complaints there! A couple of things to be aware of our, early morning, traffic buses trucks whatever because you are definitely close to everything. Also, we were woke up several times during the night from homeless people on the street being noisy but anywhere in this area you’re going to get that. we never did feel threatened by them.. overall, it’s a great place to stay. Just a walk across the street to the beach!

Good location, right by the beach with lots of restaurants nearby. Unit is a bit on the smallish side but it is well stocked and cleaned. It looks exactly like the photos.
Owners have thought of it all! We have stayed in Kihei a few other times, and this was by far the best location. It felt like home (not just a place to visit). Anything we thought we needed was already there. From an excellent stalked kitchen to a closet full of fun beach items. From this location we could walk south and hit three beaches and then leisurely make our way back stopping at fantastic local shops and of course the food choices were amazing. I recommend Coconuts for the best fish tacos, the Cinnamon Roll place, and the best shaved ice was a short walk toward the Worldmark and a cute little van in the food truck line. We even got to see a turtle on the beach right in front of our spot and the sunset is spectacular. Only downfall was we were so close to an ABC Store--haha. I bought so much stuff to bring home I almost had to add another suitcase.
