Second time here. We love it. Awesome views. Steps to beach. Best place in Kihei!
We had a fantastic stay at Kamaole Beach Royale. The view from the 5th floor looking out towards the ocean is so lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to hear the ocean waves lapping the shore. The sunsets are spectacular! The condo is very well stocked, we cook a lot of our meals so we appreciated the various items, like a salad spinner, wood cutting boards, spices & a good blender, ….things that are often missing from other condo rentals.Communication with the owner was excellent. We mentioned to the owner that a couple of items need replacing such as the provided beach chairs, but overall we were very happy here and would definitely return.Thankyou for a great holiday!
This was our second time staying at this condo and we were just as happy with it the second time. The location and views can’t be beat. The 7th floor shared lanai offers some of the best sunset views and whale watching. Hoping to stay there again in the future.
This will be our go to place when we visit Maui.

This was our first trip to Maui and this location did not disappoint. We were so impressed by the cleanliness of the property and its proximity to the beach. It was nice to have beach chairs, pool toys and an umbrellas to use. The condo had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose. We had the best time!

Everything was as advertised, the information you provided us was spot on, and your communications with us were easy and timely. It doesn't get any better than this in Kihei. A short walk to the best beach in Kihei. Awesome ocean views from the lanai. Comfortable furniture. Comfortable bed. Very nice linens. Well stocked kitchen. We've stayed in other places in Kihei but this is by far the best...
We loved our stay and spent the majority of our time reading and watching the sun from the lanai. Beautiful condo in a perfect location to enjoy all that Maui has to offer. Can’t wait to return!
First off, the pictures of the view don’t do it justice - the view from the lanai is incredible. We are ‘view’ people and this one was top notch. The condo unit and grounds were clean and well kept. The condo was stocked with pretty much everything we needed and the bed was comfy. The location of this condo is great - close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We’ll be back!
