Great place great area accessible to all of the island met very nice people while using the grill upstairs worked great for myself and my family thank you!!
Perfect location, great washer and dryer, amenities such as pool and 7th floor BBQ were great.
This property worked well for our family of 5. Location was perfectly situated near the shores in Kihei. Easy walking access to the beach! Minimal drive to other beaches. Food and shops within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
Love this condo building and its location to the beach..have stayed at this unit couple times, nice firm primary bed, other king bed a bit softer, easy to talk to owners if u have questions! Beach equipment and toys for kids, great rooftop bbq area
Carl and Linda’s place exceeded our expectations! It was well stocked and well maintained. They were very responsive when we had one small issue, and they fixed it immediately. I was super impressed! We would absolutely stay here again!
The location was excellent. We enjoyed the BBQ area on top of the building, which has a beautiful view. We also appreciated having extra complimentary paper supplies. We loved all the small grocery stores that sell poke.

The location of the condo is fantastic for beach going and proximity to restaurants & shops. The condo was as described and met our expectations. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was sufficient for our needs. Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, coolers, etc were wonderful to have. No frills condo that is a great launching pad for Maui fun.
The property was fine. A few things that would have been nice to know is that only 1 car can park, the AC in the living room doesn't come on. Also it was a little dirty the master bathroom was covered in blonde hair and the shower drain and shower walls
had it allover
Our family travels a lot. We are not newbies to changing places.
Pros: Location is amazing. It truly is. Just get your towel/blanket and in less than 5 min of slow walking you will find yourself enjoying one of the best beaches in the area.
Apartment was clean and definitely better than pictures.
Pros/Cons: Interior is kind of outdated. While nothing is wrong with it, we constantly had a feeling of being in grandma's house.
Cons: Here I have to explain more. Everything was as usual accept one thing. After booking owner mentioned a "starter package" of what's needed and Costco availability. I didn't pay attention to this note until we arrived. And let me remind you, we travel a lot, using Airbnb, Vrbo. We never had this kind of "starter package" before. In this case "starter package" means about 1/4-1/3 roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom and no paper towels in the kitchen. That's it! So, lets see, you traveling, give or take, 8-10 hours on average to get there. From Chicago it was 4 hours flight to LA, 1.5 hour lay over and then 5 hours to Maui. You rented your car, finally got to your destination just to find out you need to go shopping just to use a restroom or make a quick meal. Really? We never had this kind of situation before. Mentioning of the Costco was really kind. It means for your 7-10 days stay you will need to buy 12 rolls paper towel and 24 rolls of toilet tissue... Nonsense. If not the location, I would definitely take off more than one star.
Stayed in this complex before. Love the location! Lots of places to eat in walking distance and also shopping. Beach access is awesome at Kamaole Beach 2 directly across from complex and can walk to.
The property was a great location and perfect condo for our needs. That said, it was dirty when we arrived with sticky prints on lights switches and gunk and juice spills on the counters and surface. We also had two kids sleeping on air mattresses but there wasnt enough bedding for them.
There were 2 families that stayed in this condo, that comfortably slept all 7 of us. Beautiful rooftop patio! The only downfall of the patio is that it did not open until 7:30am. We wanted to come up and sip our coffee from the roof top while watching the sunrise. The only other issue we had is that we had to switch our rental vehicle 1 day into our trip because of a problem with the vehicle. We did not realize that we had to fill out a new parking form, until it was on our car window. By the time we filled it out, our vehicle had already been reported and a parking fine was attached to the license plate number. When we went somewhere to park, we ended up having to pay a parking fine, in addition to our parking fee. This could have been handled a little better, maybe a warning allowing for time to complete a new parking permit. Our trip was amazing and Kihei was a great place to stay.
This is a great place to stay because everything including beautiful sandy beaches, wonderful places to eat, shaved ice and everything you need is walking distance..

We were travelling with our adult children for a family trip to Maui. We needed 3 bedrooms and min 2 baths, and this condo met the need very well. All rooms had a king bed so no one felt they were getting a lesser room. We wanted walkability so if you went out for dinner there were no parking issues. There are many dining choices for lunch and dinner within several blocks. Having the beach so close created great flexibility for everyone to decide when they’d had enough sun, and could go back to the condo. It was spacious and well equipped to cook in a few times, great bbq’s on the roof top patio, with a great view of the sunset! All agreed, it was the perfect accommodation for our trip!
