Great Condo, was clean and had all the amenities as promised. Great view of the ocean and the beach was a short walk from the Condo. Would definitely stay again.
We loved this condo! It was as advertised and gave us a lot of space to enjoy our vacation. The view was great and the location was amazing! We had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again and would highly recommend it!
We stayed here with our two teen kids. It was perfect for our two nights in Kihei. A short walk from some cute breakfast spots and shops. A very short walk to the beach. We would stay again great spot.
Property was perfect for our family. The expansive lanai was great for breakfast with a view and enjoying the sunset. Unit is nicely decorated with all the comforts of home. Beach supplies provided - chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella made beach days easy. The location is wonderful with the beach across the street and plenty of great dining nearby.

My husband and I stayed here with our 4 month old and another couple. The place was nice and located near a lot of restaurants. It was very walkable. I would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable for two couples. Great location with beach across the street and bakery, shops, restaurants, and small grocery all a short walk away. Unit was recently updated and is well outfitted with kitchen supplies, beach gear, etc. Lovely to sit on the balcony and see the ocean and watch the sunset. Super easy check in and out and good communication with rental agency.
Great location. Best I Kihei. Floor was a little dirty when we arrived. Kitchen sink disposal needs repair.
The condo is in the best location across Kamaole Beach I in Kihei. The condo was immaculate, had many utensils and appliances and had the BEST SUNSET VIEW!! Everything was within walking distance. What I didn’t find were oven mitts ( the towels were not heat resistant). As well, it would have been nice to have a mini safe. Fabulous place and will rebook this place again. Mahalo.
Great accommodation and very well appointed. Just a hop step and jump away from the beach and shops.
I come to Maui regularly for work and my 1st choice for where I stay is this building. First time to get this unit and met all expectations and needs. The remodel and updates are a huge plus. The unit had everything one needs, views and quick access to Kam beach, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance.

My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teen boys) had a fantastic stay at this condo. Although small, there was enough room for all of us to be comfortable and it had the basics we needed. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels provided, though the towels could stand to be replaced, as they are small and have been well used. The view and location were perfect and provided a central location for us to explore the entire island. Everything we needed, including lots of food options, was within walking distance (ice cream!) or a short drive. The pictures online were accurate. Overall we had a great trip and this condo played a large part in that! Thank you for hosting our family!
My wife, niece and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo. Nice modern amenities. Very clean. This location is centrally located in Kihei. The views and sunsets are worth every penny. Walkable to multiple beaches and places to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay. Pictures were accurate. Plenty of space for 4 adult women. Everything was clean & what was described was provided from beach chairs & towels to laundry pods. Any meal we ate was on the patio watching the views of the beach. Close to food as well. Check in & check out process was easy & the company was very prompt & communicative.

Our family had a great stay at the property! The condo unit was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. And we loved the huge lanai!
I've stayed at a few different places in Maui and this is my favorite location in Kihei. It's less than a 5 minute walk from the beach, an ABC store is right around the corner, and surrounded by good places to eat.
Our family will plan to stay here again on our next trip to Maui. 5/5 definitely recommend!

Great condo in a superb location. Half block to the beach and close to many many restaurants and shops. Condo was redone and nicely outfitted. Balconies off both living room and master bedroom. Great views when eating breakfast or lunch.

- Lanai has incredible view. We spent a lot of evenings watching sunset and playing cards on it.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. The location is wonderful. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and right across from a fantastic beach. The condo is spacious and very comfortable. We would absolutely recommend this condo for other couples, friends and families. The building is very quiet too. It would be great if there was a toaster for the kitchen and maybe snorkel gear. We’ve had both these items at previous rentals and missed them here. These were just minor issues and doesn’t change our view on staying at this beautiful condo.
This condo is in a great location in Kihei with a stellar coastline view. It is within walking distance of many great shops and restaurants. The beach is right across the street! The views are amazing from the attached lanai or rooftop deck. Definitely coming back! Aloha.

We stayed at Kamaole Beach Royale 310 for 10 days over New Year’s and we had a fantastic time. The apartment is really nice (I love that it’s just been remodeled): tastefully decorated, even more spacious than it looks on pictures, comfortable beds and with plenty of storage!We are a family of 5 and we stayed very comfortably. Location was super convenient with proximity to beaches and to restaurants/shops. Also, very quite at night (it’s very important for me to sleep in a quite area).The management is also extremely nice: We had to reach out for an issue with the dishwasher and the problem was resolved right away.I will definitely book this unit again when we come back to Maui!
