This was a recently remodeled unit that included everything that you needed. It had beach chairs, a blender, snorkels, umbrella and a cooler. The unit was clean. Even though it was on the third floor, it had elevator access. Pool was close. Beach was a little farther than we expected. We enjoyed the view from the lanai.
We were right across from the beach. The place had everything you would need for the beach. Very comfortable and walkable to restaurants and shopping.
First of all, this condo had everything we could possibly need to enjoy the beach, including umbrella, and packable beach chairs, Access to the beach via crosswalk in front of the condo complex was at most five minutes. A comfortable king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, and a very comfortable balcony with a power retractable awning, made it perfect home base. Even though there was air-conditioning, we never used it because of the ceiling fans and excellent cross ventilation. Another thing that we really appreciated was the modern laundry facilities, with included detergent. You don’t need to pack very much when you can so easily do your laundry. I would love to stay here again.
What a lovely condo, great location in Kihei with easy walk to all your needs. The description and photos are very accurate with a bonus larger TV than what is pictured and a nice upgrade to walk in and find. Communication was very prompt and had no issues with all our needs. Thank you for the lovely accommodations for our 2 week stay in Kihei. We hope to be back and would truly book this unit again.

I appreciated the prompt and open communication. Check-in was seamless, which was great after a long flight and late night. Our unit was clean, the beds (incl sofa bed) very comfortable, and the location was perfect. We loved the in suite laundry as well.
We enjoyed our time here, the king bed was perfect and comfortable for parents and kids slept well on the pull out couch. Host was very responsive to messages and questions.
Lots of time in the pool and Charles Young beach with day trips. kitchen fully stocked only thing that may be helpful is saran wrap and ziploc bags. Used the washing machine and dishwasher to ease the chores from meals.
The suite was really quiet, the complex had a good mix of ages and did not feel too busy.

This Kihei condo is convenient to reach restaurants, groceries, and beach access path at the northern end of KAM I Beach (shower available) - about 7 minute walk from condo via crosswalk on S. Kihea Rd. We used the provided beach chairs.
Comfortable king mattress in rear bedroom with a/c available which we did not need at night. We did use the quiet ceiling fan. Appreciated the electronic sun shade on the lanai. Unit is very clean with nice interior upgrades.
One star reduction due to a tall yellow building crane which detracts from the view of the ocean and horizon. The nearby Maui Coast Hotel is building an expansion which will take quite a while. Expect daytime construction noise. This feature of our stay was honestly disappointing.
Parking was easy and grounds maintained.

Clean,well stocked Condo. Great location to explore the island. We had a great week.
Overall, nice place to stay. Updated condo had the amenities we wanted. Quiet neighbors, close to the beach and restaurants as well as a great local grocery store.
The only surprise was the construction crane. While this was noted in a picture in the listing, the crane was much closer than the picture seems to indicate.
