We really enjoyed the location in Kihei, central to so much. The grounds outside are beautiful and expansive. Being in Bldg B is a plus because it is Northwest facing, so doesn't get blasted by sun like Bldg A does. The unit also had a nice ocean view.The part we struggled with was the condition of the property. It looks and smells old and neglected. Some of that can be overlooked because we are there to enjoy the island. But the beds are both very soft and not supportive. The queen bed is also annoyingly bouncy and squeaky. Both beds are way past their lifespan and need to be replaced. The A/C unit in the main living space was short-cycling, so it wasn't of much benefit. The entire unit really needs a deep cleaning. I provided a huge list of maintenance and cleaning suggestions to the management company, so hoping they will act on them soon.
The condo was in good shape, though it's a bit dated and a little tired. Everything worked and the grounds are well maintained.

clean, nice view from deck. Wish it would have had central air, unit in bedroom woke us up occasionally with turning on and off but it was something we got used to. Also not used to doing bedding linen prior to leaving but still ok.
The location was fantastic. The pool, amenities, etc were great. We stayed in 220B. We started out in a one bedroom and had an additional person decide to come and had to upgrade to a 2 bedroom. Loved the location of this unit. We were closer to the beach and pool. Had fun playing shuffle board and hanging at beach or pool. Being we were in a budget, the actual unit was not one of your nicer units. It definitely was from the 90s decor etc, but it served our purposes and the beds were super comfortable.
Well stocked, clean. Very nice. right on the beach. Great managment. Wull stay here again.
This was one of the best places I've stayed. Very clean, very relaxing and the balcony was just amazing! Close to the beach, where we saw turtles, and it was very quiet. We had all the amenities we needed, I would definitely come back.
We have been to this complex several times. This unit was well equipped with great view of the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay would definitely return.

My experience was wonderful. The picture on the computer does not do justice to what you really see when you go out on to the lanai. Beautiful and serene. It is a comfortable place to sleep. I loved the rocking swivel chair. Everything worked. Very clean. It was close to a lot of things. Really with in walking distance of a swap meet place, food truck park, stores fast food if you wanted even the post office. I am looking forward to coming back.
