This property was comfortable, well equipped, clean, and spacious. It sits on the edge of a golf course, high on a cliff next to the coast so you’ll have great views from the outside space and living area. It’s at the end of a side road in Princeville so it’s all pretty quiet and serene. We even saw an Albatross feeding her baby, who was safely nested in a shrub right next to where we parked.
We didn’t swim while we were there, but there’s a nice little pool right next to this building. This is an upstairs condo but you enter the unit on the ground floor where there’s a small entryway with a little closet (containing some beach items for use) then the stairs to go to the second floor. We used the washer and dryer daily and had no issues. We didn’t cook while we were there but it certainly seems that everything we would have needed was there in the kitchen. We spent time in the condo mostly in the late evenings/nights/mornings and the rest of our time was out in Hanalei or the surrounding area. We would stay here again!

I would like to say that my family had the most wonderful time at this rental, but I have to send a warning to other renters of this property. While the home itself is nice enough, should you require help from the management team, you will be disappointed. Last week we returned to see a note from management stating our water would be off from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm the next day. No problem. We planned our day around this outage. We returned from the beach at 4.00 pm but still no water and the workers that had been in the area most of the week had left. We had dinner plans that evening, so we just held tight until 5.00 pm before making phone calls, leaving messages, and sending emails asking for a simple update on when the water would be back. Kristen Kurz was our specific contact. No one answered our calls. It wasn't until 6.30 pm before water was restored, but by then we had to cancel our evening plans. Perhaps this doesn't sound like a big deal to you, but when you spend thousands of dollars for a week long vacation, every moment of your trip is important, so we missed out on a reservation we had made well in advance of our trip. Had it not been for our neighbor who happened to be the owner of their condo, I'm sure water would not have come back on until the following day because at no point did Kristen, or anyone else we called/emailed respond. Considering the cost of renting this property, I'd expect better communication, but you will be left high and dry by the management company should you run into a problem with the property like we did. For this reason, I will not return to any property managed by this company, and I still have had no response from them, not even an apology. To me that speaks volumes about the professionalism of Kristen and the management team she represents. I hope the owners understand that their investment isn't being taken care of in the way they should expect which is a shame because the home is nice enough for a small family.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was comfortable and no ant issues as reported before. Great view if ocean and mountains. Beds and furniture was comfy. Lanai was our favorite spot. Great place to walk the golf course or down the road to Princeville center. Access code was easy no problem. Appreciated the cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, body board for the beach. Great location. Saturday market in Princeville was fun. Saw many whales from lanai. Water in showers need to be hotter. Kitchen well equipped.needed better cleaning of stove. Second portable fan would be nice had one. Most of time nice breeze through the condo. Would stay again and recommend. 14 steps up into condo main floor with luggage groceries for those with mobility issues.
The location and views are beautiful. There is an incredible secluded beach a short hike away. The condo seemed clean at first but has a roach and ant problem. There were multiple huge roaches and we started noticing dead bugs everywhere. There were also ants all over the place. I reported it to the owner and they said to spray them. I didn’t come on this expensive trip to hunt and kill roaches.
The location of this condo was great. This unit had almost everything we needed. A little funky and could use a little updating, but exactly as described in the listing.

Condo was very comfortable and had a great view. The kitchen was very nice and had most everything we needed. It was also nice to have beach chairs and toys available. Only downside is the furniture is a little worn out and the condo could use some work on sliding glass doors. But overall we really enjoyed our stay.
Very comfortable and relaxing. Close to many nice beaches and other attractions. Well equipped. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, and the extra hat came in handy when we lost one of ours.
