Such a beautiful location and nice condo! Condo is very well maintained. Pool is very nice as well. Loved being able to see the turtles from the balcony.
Excellent location for a beautiful island stay. 4th floor was a bonus because we were able to enjoy the sights and sounds of being at the ocean.
My husband and i stayed here first for seven days. We loved it place was a little small but it was just the 2 of us. It has everything you need from towels, cooking dishes.2 draw backs you can't access the beach till 8a.m , because the gates are locked. And 2nd the ac condenser unit is outside on the patio making to hot to sit outside very long. You do see alot of turles and manta rays. We saw one monk seal. All in all we would stay here again! Mahalo!!
Excellent location and property. Very clean, and comfortable. We’ve stayed at Kaleialoha a few times in the past, and this is by far the best unit in the complex. We are already planning our return.
One of the best views on Maui!Great location. Close to excellent beaches. Walking distance to great coffee shops, bakeries and fresh fish. Superb restaurants nearby. Good value!
Very cute place! You can see the ocean right from the balcony — it’s the perfect spot for sunset. The host prepared everything and was very communicative. We highly recommend it!
The view from the 4th floor was amazing. Every day the turtles showed up during high tide to feed. The condo was well stocked and in great shape. There were beach chairs and items to borrow. We enjoyed eating out in the patio while watching the sunset.we will be back.
The condo had stunning views. So many turtles, whales, rainbows, and sport fish could be seen from the balcony. Any minor imperfections in our stay were washed by the location and views. Would definitely visit again.
This is our second time staying here. It is everything we could ask for - great management, clean, and the views are absolutely spectacular. We will be back for a third time!
The property couldn't have been any better! What an amazing view, we enjoyed the back deck everyday for whale watching and seeing all the turtles. This place was perfect!!

We loved this condo and location! Whales and Turtles right off the lanai everyday! Great snorkeling and dining options close by! Everything you could need is there for a wonderful stay. The host was very helpful and accommodating which always says a lot! Mahalo! We will be back!

Fantastic condo with unbeatable views! Exactly as described in the listing and photos. The bed was very comfortable, as was the furniture in the living room. The kitchen is modern and well stocked, it had everything we needed. The A/C worked very well. The main attraction is, of course, the fabulous balcony! It was incredible! We were visiting in late January with the humpback whale season in mind, and we were not disappointed! We saw whales from the balcony every single day. We also saw several sea turtles from the balcony right in front of the condo every single day. Actually, if we were looking for them, we never went 10-15 minutes without seeing at least 1-2 turtles right in front of the unit. When the water was fairly calm, you can get some decent snorkeling in right in front of the condo, including getting a close up look at the turtles as most of them have no apparent fear of humans (don't touch them though! just look!). We didn't get much snorkeling in as the waves don't allow for it many days in the winter, but we did get in 1 good day in front of the condo and 1 REALLY good day at Black Rock (Kaanapali). We used the provided beach chairs during our visit to Black Rock and they were excellent. There may be other beach/snorkel gear available, but we brought our own so I'm not 100% sure. As for location, you will likely benefit from renting a car during your stay. All in all, we had a fantastic vacation and this wonderful condo was a big part of it!

First I’d like to thank Marty for his quick response to our problem unlocking the door on our arrival. He was able to get us access to the unit and when he opened the door, all we could say was WOW. All we could see was a direct ocean view from the fully updated condo. One of the best condos we have stayed in during our many visits to Maui. The views from the lanai were just amazing. We saw whales and sea turtles nearly everyday and the sunsets were picturesque. The condo is well stocked with everything you need from kitchen to beach accessories. Just bring your suitcase, unpack and have a wonderful vacation. I highly recommend this condo unit.

The condo is very nice. It is equipped with all you need and more. The view outside is amazing! We didn’t care much for location itself, it’s not what we want for our vacation.
It was a pleasure walking in and taking my first glimpse of the ocean through the windows. Everything was clean and updated and welcoming.When Ireturn I will definitely book this property. I only have positive feelings about my stay here.
Stayed here for one week, the view is absolutely amazing and can’t be beat, also just a great location in general. The building is definitely older but this unit has been remodeled. They have beach chairs, beach blanket and an umbrella, cooler etc…ready to use. The only call out I’d have is they didn’t really have any shampoo, conditioner and body wash, so make sure to bring your own. It’s nice to have laundry in the unit as well. Will absolutely be staying here again!

Starting and ending each day of our stay at this property was amazing. Whale watching while drinking coffee on the lanai, watching the sea turtles come in, sunsets, rainbows… just more than we could’ve imagined. The property and view is stunning -clean, updated, and beautiful. Almost immediate communication with Ray whenever we had a question. If we ever have the opportunity to return to Maui, this would be our first choice of accommodations.
For us it’s all about the view from the balcony, and this didn’t disappoint! Everything was great, will return!

The condo was perfect for us. Quiet location, very clean, and some of the best views I have ever seen. The place was well stocked and had every amenity I could think of. It felt secluded enough to relax, but close enough to restaurants, beaches and shopping when we felt like going out. The owner has excellent communication and we will definitely be back.
The best property we have ever stayed at in Maui; for that matter, anywhere
Very nice property with amazing views, handy location and quiet and relaxing. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen was fairly well stocked (could use another frying pan and there was no broiler pan for the oven). Had to broil our first night as none of the BBQ’s were working! The property caretaker did get it working the next day, however. Also, the hair dryer was missing but the owner, Ray, got one delivered to us that day so very good service. Only drawbacks was the very tight parking spots and the building is showing its age and needs some updates. We thoroughly enjoyed the spectacular views and being able to see turtles and watch for whales. Binoculars were a great bonus!
