Wonderful property. Was great to sit and watch the whales.
Had a great stay. Only negative was I couldn't get any of the TVs to work, but only tried my last night. Would stay at same place again.
This was a really nice place.
The condo was great! The kids loved seeing the sea turtles from our lanai everyday! The sunsets were breath taking I could sit in the Lanai all day. The bed in the room was soo comfy and it was nice hearing the waves sleeping. Only thing I didn't like was that there was no AC But they provided us with extra fans and as long as we kept the windows open it wasn't a problem! For some reason the bedroom was way cooler which was great cuz my husband gets hot easily and I actually needed a blanket lol But we did go in May which the weather wasn't too bad it would be harder for those summer months. But other then that we loved staying here!
My partner and I enjoyed our stay. The space was nice, and the wall to wall mirrors and windows made it feel bigger. A few appliances and outlets did not work but other than that we had a really nice time. The lanai with that breathtaking view was great any time of day. Mahalo!
Location and oceanfront balcony view were amazing. Quick drive to markets and beaches, and close enough to Lahaina. 4 stars because of no ac, dated interior, and the rules around linens/towels was a bit extreme.

Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. Pros: Great location close to grocery store, take out spots, a park, etc. Lovely ocean view from the lanai where you can see sea turtles and breaching humpback whales, quiet building, bedroom window opens up to outside rather than interior hallway, nice updated kitchen stocked with dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee filters, etc..., washer/dryer in unit, nice updated bathroom, pretty plants everywhere around the building common areas, nice responsive manager. Cons: The pool was pretty cold. Like too cold to swim when we were there early April. The manager claimed the pool is solar heated, but it really was too cold. This was a pretty big disappointment, since I don't like to swim in the ocean. Another con, since the pool was cold, was that there was no hot tub. Overall, the pros more than outweighed the cons. :-)
The view is the best part. That was spectacular. While this condo has the potential to be amazing, it just wasn't that great. It's very run down and in need of many updates. The furniture is quite uncomfortable and old. Some was torn. We had to go purchase our own pillows for sleeping the ones provided were so gross, old and very lumpy. The bedroom carpet is so gross you don't even want to walk on it barefoot. All of the fans are also very old, dirty & coming apart. The dust on them and all the light fixtures really shows how bad this place needs a good cleaning. Air conditioning would also be a nice addition, especially in the bed room, sleeping was hard because it was so hot. Little touches & updates would make a big difference here.
Lovely, nicely appointed corner ocean front unit, with large operable windows in living area and bedroom, plus the glass/doors to Lanai, let’s you enjoy Oceanside living to the fullest. Fourth floor corner unit privacy, and view/sensual experience, far out weight the downside experiences.
Minimally negatives:
A. Living area has one two many chairs, and one two many tables, and the setting is awakened to use as a grouping, but with mirrored wall on interior side, it makes for a more enhancing staging for photography of it.
B. Bedroom windows face another condo complex whose security lighting all night makes deep sleep difficult. I had to buy a sleep mask, as the thin draperies block none of it.
C. Pool is adjacent to front parking lot.
D. Nearest beach access walking is 1/4 mile.
We would consider returning if there were incentives.
Such a gorgeous location! The views are incredible. The condo itself was very well stocked, we didn't need anything they didn't have.
The furniture isn't the most comfortable but we did a lot of sight seeing so thay wasn't a huge issue.
When I did have to work, the wifi was perfect and there were no issues.
There is no air conditioning but that wasn't a problem because we had a nice cross-breeze with it being a corner unit.
Back to the views though, we saw whales and sea turtles every day and got to enjoy the amazing sunsets right from the lanai.
All in all, a wonderful place and we'd recommend this condo to others!
Everything went seamlessly! So easy. The place we stayed was perfect, exactly what they said it was, except they were modest. We would definitely love to live there. Great location too, we thought it was the best on the island. Close enough to be convenient far enough away to be special.
