We rented this lovely upper floor 2-bed/1-bath to attend a celebration of life in Kaloko. It was in a wonderful location in a quiet neighborhood. I would give it 5 stars, except there are Coqui frogs that make noise for part of the night, then the roosters start in the early morning. It was very clean, the bed was incredibly soft & comfortable, and they provided snacks! The kitchen was well provisioned. The deck is very nice to hang out on.

Nice beach equipment, plenty of towels, overall clean. The chicken started crowing at 3 a.m the first night and the next night, it began crowing at 6 AM.

The house was clean, tastefully decorated, felt very homey, and had everything we needed. The only complaint was that the roosters outside seem to be on a different timezone and can make quite a noise a few times in the middle of the night. So our sleep wasn’t the best but we’re still good with the 5 star rating due to the quality of everything else

Fantastic location for Kona/Waimea side adventures. Beautiful home with lots of Aloha. Amazing lanai with epic sunsets. Great parking, easy to find and enter.

Clean and stylish (not quaint at all). Relaxing, with a terrific porch overlooking the ocean. Surprisingly cool, temperature-wise. No air conditioning, but did not need it. Luxurious beds, like sinking into a pan of marshmallow foam. Stay here.

Location, location was perfect, 10min drive to Kailua Kona & 15min to the airport. Check in and checking out was a breeze. Charlotte was a phenomenal host answered question's right away. Accommodations was exactly described on the profile. Will definitely stay here again. Mahalo for the hospitality.

This was an amazingly comfortable and relaxing accommodation, set up in the hill with nature all surrounding. Bedrooms were roomy and the inclusion of fans made sleeping easier (if you are not used to the heat). Only regret was not staying there longer! Thank you.

It was perfect. Clean, excellent decor, so comfortable, neighborhoods setting and baby chicks. Hosts thought of everything you could need. I highly recommend this place. The beach equipment was new and I loved the full face snorkel. Mahala.

The unit was easy to find and very clean and comfortable. It was so nice having a washer/dryer for our scuba diving trip. The tenant on the first floor was extremely quiet (we barely knew she was there!). The kitchen is well equipped and there was bottled water in the fridge on our arrival. All the appliances worked fine. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Internet was good. Lots of towels and a comfy couch to stream TV. The only downside are the wild chickens which are all over the neighborhood. We had a very vocal rooster that started crowing at 4am -- suggest you bring ear plugs.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean & cozy. The renovation is nice and beds are comfortable. As another guest mentioned, the neighbors roosters will wake you up early around 4:30-5am. Overall we enjoyed our stay here & had a great vacation!

The owners have thought of everything to help make the stay most comfortable - plenty of towels/beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, a well-stocked kitchen. We required a pack n play for our toddler but, when we arrived, the apartment didn't have one. I messaged the hosts to inquire about a pack n play. They bought one and left it on our doorstep that very day!
We had such a wonderful time! Thank you!
