The one-bedroom is adjacent to the living room and features privacy doors that can be kept open for an open flow or closed for privacy.
You'll have the convenience of being close to downtown Kona from this property, with the option to rent bikes off Alii Drive and explore the town. Whether you choose to dine out or cook in the well-equipped kitchen, it's ready to meet your needs. Please note the following:
- There is one wall air conditioning unit in the kitchen, but there is no central air conditioning.
- This unit is accessed via 5-7 stairs and does not have an elevator.
While the property managers strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different from the original pictures. However, the functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may have improved.

It’s ok, kinda dated. The remotes didn’t work for the fan in the bedroom and no one ever got back to us from the managing team. Good location to walk to areas (shopping/dining)

We were very impressed with this unit for the price, location, and care put into it. Great little amenities like beach equipment, guides, and a good kitchen. Nice big TV if you need to watch a movie, and easy check in / out. The shower was great too. We really liked how quiet the area was despite being walkable to southern Kona. Would recommend.

A fantastic place to stay if you want to explore. The property is within walking distance of several beaches, restaurants, a farmers market, and coffee shops, and shopping areas. Beautiful nighttime views and an amazing bed.

Check in and check out process was easy. Close to multiple nice beaches and good food. If I had to come up with any complaints, it would be the bed was really firm. But that is more of a preference, so no real way to get that right 100% of the time. Overall awesome time on the big island, will definitely do it again!

The Condo is perfect for two people. Parking spot was right on for access to Condo. Everyone we met during our 10 day stay was very polite. Tip: keep AC running and fans on and you will be comfortable.

The overall experience was okay. If you’re looking for just a place to sleep and relax inside the room then this will suit you. If on the other hand want to sit outside on a nice patio or have some type of view then this is not recommended for you.
We had problems with the internet and management could not help us. We spent well over two hours calling providers to finally resolve the issue.

We were able to walk everywhere in the town. We know parking by the farmers market and the pier can be a challenge so it was nice to be able to just walk everywhere.

The unit was very nice, clean and close to everything. Management addressed the only issue we had, which was minor, very quickly and professionally. The only items I would suggest be addressed are replacing the kitchen knives and peeler which are starting to get worn out. I would also suggest better directions from the airport as the maps app took us to the wrong side of the complex and at night was difficult to find.
