I cannot state enough how wonderful our stay was. The house, pool, ocean, everything about our stay was perfect. We made wonderful family memories that will last for the rest of our lives.
10 of us came back to Hawaii to see family and needed a large house to stay in. We had 4 kids (ages 2-9) and 6 adults so we knew we wanted something with a big yard, a pool and beach access so we weren't constantly driving and could relax.
Julie was so helpful and made getting everything ready as well as check in go perfectly. All communication and info regarding the house was very organized and professional.
The house was beautiful; great space, perfect layout to all hang out together but also have privacy and quiet with the kids. Everything we needed for pool and beach was there and a huge and well stocked kitchen for our family meals.
The beach was probably a 5 minute walk with little kids, maybe 1 minute of that on the main road, not bad at all. Beach was perfect for children, and seeing how tough it was to park to go anywhere we were so grateful to be able to walk.
Great coffee spot about 5 minute drive, town with fun shops, grocery and restaurants just past that. We went into Honolulu a lot and it's a quick 25 min drive on Pali. I wasn't too familiar with this area previously but now that we have stayed here, everyone agreed we would love to come back- it was so convenient!
If I had to list anything to improve upon I would really be searching but it would have been nice to have a counter / shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries on. Otherwise this house was perfect, we would love to come back and stay and would recommend this highly!
The house was just what we needed for our family of ten - from 95 years old to 25. Multiple large spaces indoors and out to sit, talk and eat, including two big tables. 5 bedrooms, each with own fans and AC (which we mostly didn’t need due to cool ocean breezes). Two shared baths for 4 bedrooms and one in master suite. A beautiful pool for relaxing, and a 5 minute walk to a very Long Beach with fine white sand and waves to boogie board. Plenty of beach stuff, chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon. Snorkeling beaches are a short drive south to Lanikai. Even a covered outdoor sitting area with a TV, fridge and bathroom. Kailua is a 10 min drive for everything you need, including some very good restaurants. Some good hikes and botanical gardens also nearby. And Julie was a joy to deal with! Just what we’d hoped for catching up and having a relaxing time with our family!
Julie was very available and helpful when needed. We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for quick visits to the beach and the pool was a true highlight. Such a fun trip!

This property was a perfect location for exploring the island. The property manager, Julie, was very attentive to any issues that came up. Our family was able to relax by the pool or go to the beautiful beach at the end of the road on days we weren't exploring. Great choice for an extended vacation. I would absolutely return again in the future.
This house is amazing. Clean, great layout, lovely outdoor space. Perfect location with easy access to the beach. Julie was fantastic with any questions and helping us settle. We will definitely be back.

This property is conveniently located and is an easy trip to the beach and Kailua town! The house itself exceeded all expectations and was exactly as advertised. Julie was easy to communicate with and was eager to help with any questions we had. 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful home in Kailua! Had everything we needed. Spectacular outdoor space. So glad we stayed in Kailua vs Waikiki- went there on our last day and it was a madhouse!
This was a short walk to a very nice beach with no crowds! The only issue we had was rain but the house had great covered outdoor space so we still were outside.
Julie and Sarah were great to work with. Would definitely go back.
