Fantastic location on the beach in Kailua! House was very well equipt for a large family at the beach including sand toys, boogy boards, beach chairs, and towels. Good layout for a large group. The property mangers were excellent going above and beyond to meet our needs. I would highly recommend this home.

Our extended family (grandparent, kids and grandkids) spent a wonderful 9 days at this great oceanfront beach house. The layout of the house worked out great for our family. The house was very clean and comfortable. Good air flow. Never used air conditioner. Eva was attentive from easy check-in to check-out. Very accommodating. The kitchen and the whole house)had all the supplies one would want. There were enough beach chairs and boogie boards for all of us. Even sand toys for the littles. We really enjoyed our stay! We will be back!

Eva was one of the nicest people I've worked with. Checked in via text, left us a nice welcoming package, and was very accommodative. Location is right on the beach with a short (20 feet walk) private access to the beach.

We had an amazing beach in this very lovely beachfront home in Kailua. The house was perfect for our group of 6(2 grandparents, 2 teens and parents). It is steps away from the beach with chairs, boogie boards and everything you need for a secluded, relaxing vacation. The town is 10min away by car and the local restaurants/shops are easily accessible. I can't wait to visit again! Thanks so much to Eva for making sure that everything was perfect-including the weather!! :)

This property is a fabulous beachfront home just steps away from the spectacular sandy beach. The home accommodated our group of 10 with ease and was well equipped for our week long stay. We would love to come back next year to this wonderful home. The management was easy to work with and very accommodating.
