Charming 1 bedroom condo very near the Ritz Carlton resort, golf courses, beach, walking trails and excellent restaurants. Very clean with all the necessary amenities. Quiet property with beautiful pool nearby and nicely landscaped grounds. A comfortable king size bed. Hostess was responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommemded.
Wonderful place and great location! Well appointed and very comfy bed. Check in process was less than desirable, but accurate in the description. We were not able to reach the property manager to let us in so we had to park at the gate (not really any other parking close) and walk/run to the condo (since we were parked at the gate) to get the fob. This was stated in the description as a possibility, but still not an amazing experience. Everything else was completely amazing though!
Nice, clean place. Minor issues: a couple of extra beach towels would have been nice. The small lanai did not have comfortable furniture to stretch out and relax with a nice view.
Jill’s property was very comfortable and accommodating. The modern feel was very nice and everything about our stay was both relaxing and enjoyable. This is a perfect place to stay for North Shore access to restaurants and activities while providing luxury amenities in the Turtle Bay Area. We loved it!
We loved our stay. Peaceful, spotless, everything we could need. Loved sitting on the lanai swing with some tea in the mornings. Would definitely stay again!

The condo is centally located in the North Shore with great access to the Ritz, Turtle Bay beaches, and Roy's restaurant. We had some great meals and cocktails at Roy's and the Ritz. The North Shore has lots to offer in terms of things to do and other good restaurants that offer variety and casual dining, like 7 Brothers and food trucks.
We had a wonderful stay. Unit had everything we needed including some coffee. Had a friend in the area and was able to get a guest parking pass. Thanks for quick response Jill!! Easy walk to turtle bay resort/beaches. Only complaint is that we spent time trying to find a couple bars shown in pictures and tips sheet that are no longer at Turtle Bay. Not a big deal. We would definitely stay here again. Loved it!!

Very nice location decorated . beautifully. Very quiet lower level so you don't have to deal with stairs. Convenient parking. Top of the line appliances. Less than a 10 minute walk to the Ritz-Carlton. I thought the bed bed was very comfortable.
Great property and close to many beaches and walking paths. I highly recommend this area for North Shore visitors- it’s relaxing and beautiful. Views from the Ritz/Turtle Bay are unbeatable!!

We loved staying here on our short trip to Oahu! Everything was clean and well stocked. The hosts were always available if we had questions, and they even reached out to us to see if we needed anything. We’d definitely stay here again!
Good location--close to restaurants/beach at the resort.
Due to walking disabililty, couldn't take advantage of walking on resort grounds Tried renting golf cart to see Kawela Bay, but resort wouldn't rent to non-guests of the resort. Haleiwa is short distance away and has lots of shops/restaurants to keep busy for the day. We are former residents of Oahu and it was a nice getaway.
Host is very organized and proactive with communication. The property is exactly as pictured, and you will find it to be a very romantic/pleasant stay. Bed was comfortable. I enjoyed sitting out in the lanai. Neighborhood is quiet, it is a gated community.

The apartment is beautifully located and it is very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. We had a great stay here. Jill was very supportive and always there to help. We can whole-heartedly recommend this nice holiday apartment.
House was very nice and in a great location. Great communication with the host. The checkout and cleaning process is a bit cumbersome and takes a bit of time. Renters are expected to clean and put away all the dishes and not just run the dishwasher along with stripping the bed etc, so plan ahead.
Great stay. Clean , well stocked , well maintained and exactly as advertised. We will be back !
Very clean. Doesn’t include any immensities of Turtle Bay resort so didn’t read or know that. Property owners easy to work with. Only downside is we think master bed needs 3 inch topper. Very firm bed for those who prefer that.
We loved the proximity to Turtle Bay for a conference I was attending, the beautiful north shore views and walks/hikes and the easy access to the beach. The condo was a little less fresh than pictured as far as older paint in the bathroom and some mildew in the shower, but nothing too bothersome. The owner offered a small credit due to my comment on the shower tile. Other details were very nice: we appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom (didn’t need the living room unit due to trade winds), the heated pool just across the drive, and the fully-equipped kitchen. I liked the modern island decor and the mattress was quite comfortable.
The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and bright inside. Loved the decor. So enjoyable to sit in the swing, especially in the morning. It was lovely. The location was perfect for what we were looking for. Walking distance to the nearby resort and short driving distance to Halewia. Thanks to Jill for providing a wonderful place to stay to celebrate our anniversary. Can't say enough great things. You won't be disappointed!
A great central location for enjoying all that the North Shore has to offer. The condo was very clean and more than enough space for 2 adults. The king bed was very comfortable. The hanging swing out on the lanai was a nice touch. Check in/out was smooth. Jill was a lovely host, always very responsive. Hope to stay again. Thanks Jill!
This was a very well appointed vacation rental. Everything we needed was there.
We also loved the details and creative space.
It was a great home base for enjoying the more low key and beauty of the island.
Foodland was very close by for groceries, and several local spots for really great food.
The only downside to note was that the walls and ceiling are paper thin, and you can hear everything your neighbor is doing.
I have learned over the years that this is kinda of a hit or miss with most buildings on the islands, and this was a nice condo.
Lesson learned this time about a bottom unit.
Units surrounding are also vacation rentals so everyone is on a different schedule..including when they go to sleep or get up for the day.
Would recommend if you are a very heavy sleeper, stay up very late and are an early riser. Otherwise plan to get some good siestas in throughout the day!
*Tip to visitors of the islands:
Drive with Aloha! and don't be THAT idiot.
- pull over and let locals pass you if you are admiring the scenery or if you are lost/ indecisive. Along with the traffic they have to deal with..They've got places to go!
-If you miss your stop wait til you get to a safe spot and legal spot to turn around.
-pay attention to the road and honor the speed limits.
You are sharing a long bendy stretch of 2 way road with scooters, kids walking or on bikes (day and night). SLOW DOWN!
Unfortunately you are going to see a lot of memorials along the road, so keep yourself in check.
This is a clean, bright, comfortable condo decorated nicely with a joyful vibe. It is well stocked with everything we needed. We also appreciated the use of the beach chairs. Jill’s tips for good local spots to snorkel, hike and eat were very useful! We look forward to returning someday! Thanks again!
