The check in went smoothly. The set up in the kitchen awesome. Everything was nice and clean. Great Wi-Fi access, always up and running! The scenery was beautiful and breathtaking. If I ever come to Hawaii again I definitely would stay in this area.
We had such a fun time at this place! The place was clean and having a full kitchen was very convenient!

Never knew that this place was so bad,walked in and checked everything the frig was filthy bathroom was so disgusting the bathtub had soap scum . So we had to go to the store and brought cleaning items to scrub the whole bathroom.Outside lanai needs some update we couldn’t sit on lanai to enjoy the beautiful weather the chairs were worn out n bugs were crawling out of it And not to mention above us was super noisy day and night constantly I don’t know what was going on.People banging doors and moving things at night after 10pm and there is no quiet time there six in the morning the people above us made noise our entire stay.We went there for a wonderful time and to relax but our vacation was ruined paid so much money and got a crappie place . I feel sorry for the next renters .If you charge so much for staying why don’t you have nice things also dishes need upgrades no tea bags or coffee. So I would not recommend this place to anyone.Our vacation meant so much to us but it went so bad whole 2 weeks we just had to bite our tongue and stayed.My experience staying at this place was a disappointment.We spend a lot of money to stay at this condo. But was a bad experience . Lots of things need updating in that condo also cleaning needs to be done thoroughly. We were just not so happy with this place at all .
We stay for two nights here near the Ritz Carlton resort. All was good and my wife was gladly surprised by some of the snorkeling equipment to use.
The condo was very clean but few things needs to be fix or replace.The light at front door outside is not working.The kitchen faucet need to be fix.The bathtub faucet also.There was no big saucepan to cook spagetti.

No frills, good price, great neighborhood. No extras promised or provided, but a clean space with all the basics needed plus beach equipment for the conveniently located beach just up the street. It's a good value for the money.

Everything about the condo was perfect! Great location on the North Shore — close to beaches and short drive into Haleiwa. Being in walking distance to the Ritz Carlton was an added bonus as it was a beautiful spot to enjoy an afternoon cocktail with a stellar view. Condo itself was very clean and the hosts thought of everything in regard to extra amenities including laundry detergent, well stocked kitchen utensils for cooking, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler just to name a few. Checkin/out process was seamless and easy due to clear instructions provided by the host. Overall the stay was exceptional and I would definitely consider again when returning to the North Shore!

We loved the location on the north shore. Having access to a pool is nice when you’re tired of sand. Everything we needed was available. Thank you!
Excellant location with a 10min or less walk to turtle bay and a 8-10mim drive to the nearest grocery store or gas station. Very nice resturants in the vicinity to walk to (on the expensive side). Only complaint, a TV in the bedroom would be nice. The condo itself is a perfect size for a couple. And is modern enough not to be dissapointed. Would stay again. side).
Mary was very helpful at extending our stay. My childhood friend lives in one of the adjacent condos and had some serious medical issues. We didn’t know the extent until after we arrived. She was extremely compassionate and was flexible with our check out date.
Although it was a short stay, the place was very clean and comfortable. we had a great time walking around turtle bay resort and getting some drinks and dinner. It was a great location.
We can’t say enough good things about this place and Mary, our contact. We had zero issues and she was responsive to the few questions we had.
We’ve been all over the world with these places, this property is easily one of the best. That king bed is a win. We’ll definitely try to reserve this again.

Excellent instructions for arrival. We were very happy to find beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkel gear to use. The beach towels were our ticket to use the lounge chairs and umbrella at turtle bay beach (the resort). The condo was not decorated for beach vibes, but served our basic needs of clean, comfortable, and secure. Food trucks were close in both directions. North Shore is very chill compared to Honolulu, which gave us 2 vacations in one, as we split our time between the two.
We stayed seven days and made the best of every moment. Loved our condo and being able to cook when we wanted. We walked to the Ritz often for the sunsets and a few drinks/meals. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again

Nice location near the beautiful Turtle Bay Resort. Everything was clean, quiet, and appliances were in good working order. I enjoyed walking around the resort and visiting the beach. The bed was comfortable and the A/C helped cool the place down at night, so I slept well.
Loved this unit at Kuilima Estates! Very clean and uncluttered, and it had everything we needed for our getaway to the North Shore. Its location on the property was lovely. Highly recommend!!!

Older property. Quite sparsely furnished and equipped e.g. no coffee table, no bedside table on one side of the bed, no dish rack, no bath soap or shampoo/conditioner. Very noisy bathroom fan. Cat meowing loudly outside bedroom window and faint smell of cat urine.
