We were very comfortable at this condo. The grounds were lovely, quiet, and safe. We had everything we needed in the condo and the kitchen. The A/C worked really well, and when it was nice enough, with open windows, the breezeway through the condo works well too. The beds were comfy. We also really appreciated the use of the beach gear. We're Floridians, so we have all of that stuff at home and can report that the beach gear was better quality than ours haha. The dishwasher didn't work, but the owner let us know they couldn't get a repair person out by the time we got there ahead of time. It was no big deal. The dryer, though, was testy, as it kept throwing a signal and beeping a lot, requiring someone to push buttons to keep it going. It worked, but it took a while to do laundry. Overall, we had a really nice stay and would recommend this condo. It was about 35 minutes to Kualoa Ranch and 15-ish to Waimea and Shark's Cove, maybe 25 to Haleiwa, but the driving is all chill and scenic with plenty of options for food, coffee, beach stops, and shopping. Great place to stay. Turtle Bay has the best BBLs (banana bread lattes) and the beach is awesome. The accommodations are in a great location and were very clean and comfortable.
Beautiful home! Exactly as described with the perfect space and layout for our family. All of the beach gear on the lanai was such a wonderful bonus!
Lovely place that suited our family of 4 perfectly. It’s really well equipped with everything you need - fully equipped kitchen plus lots of beach things. Fans and air conditioning. Comfy beds and immaculately clean. Great location on the north shore. The owners were very accommodating about our late arrival too. Highly recommend.
So clean! Lots of space. Beautiful beach chairs and things for beach. Wonderful linens! We will definitely be back. We felt like we were at home. And just so much space. Plus… a lil ocean view from the patio that we enjoyed every morning with our coffee. We loved the golf course location with a 5 minute walk to Turtle Bay. Thank you!
We wanted to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday and this place was great. Very quiet side of the island but plenty to do. Loved that they have all the beach necessities, so helpful
Stayed for 2 weeks with my family. Welcoming and easy to access. Accommodating and safe surroundings with beautiful view. Only thing that the upstairs bathroom had no lock, and refrigerator fruit drawer was hard to open since it was cracked, and dressing drawers had dog hair which we vacuumed. Other than that we would I definitely stay again. Thanks for having us.
This is a beautiful condo! It is clean, has beach gear available for use, and all the kitchen needs to make any meal a family would enjoy. We had a bit of a hiccup checking in. After a long flight and confirming our arrival time (between 4-5), we followed the instructions to call for the gate to be opened. Unfortunately no one was available on the other side to let us enter. We drive away, texted the owner, and I got a sharp reply to follow the check in instructions. After that, we attempted to call from the property gate and were finally admitted. I agree with others’ comments regarding the unwelcoming “warnings” posted throughout the condo. We opted to not go to the beach or turn on the AC due to the threat of additional charges. We had an okay stay but did not feel relaxed at this property.
The air conditioning worked well, which was a boon because it was hot! It's not easy to find such good air conditioning in Hawaii.
Condo is in a beautiful secure location. Split level with 2 beds/2baths was super nice. And you can't beat the convenience of an on site washer and dryer. The only issue was a neighbor that kept letting the door slam when entering and exiting.
The condo is sooo comfortable and clean! I appreciate the nice white bed linens! The excellent mattresses and pillows along with the A/C made sleeping very comfortable! We enjoyed our stay very much and will return here!

Beautiful condo, exactly as listed. The check in/ driving instructions were very detailed which was awesome as our flight did not arrive until midnight! Very well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Walking distance to a gorgeous beach that never ends. We had an issue with the Wifi initially, but resolved it with help from the owner. Very happy with our stay!
The location to Turtle bay is so close. It took us 8-10 minutes to walk to the resort. Excellent place to stay if you have an event at Turtle Bay Resort. Very quiet and beautiful location. The apartment is beautiful and very clean. We had everything we needed to make meals. The host replied immediately and friendly.
We did not realize somehow that there were steep stairs up. My husband is 82 years old and dragging those suitcases up was difficult to say the least. The refrigerator door handle was about to fall off, it was taped on. Sometimes the door opened easily, other times bu the time I got the door opened i flew across the room. Hall light is out. Hey - something positive - those Casper pillows were great & we want to order them for home. People should know about those stairs.
I would definitely recommend this condo. It was clean and had all the appliances you need. Looked just like the pictures shown. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

We were super happy with the condo. We wish we could have stayed longer. The pictures are not as nice as the condo was which was a pleasant surprise. Beautiful area and very clean, well kept, great communication! Highly recommend!

The area had beautiful trails to walk, access to the hotel on the point. Had a great experience.
The condo was just like it was listed and the instructions to get there and inside the community was easy to follow. The swimming pool was very nice to relax at after a day of exploring and the overall location was perfect.

This area is amazing. There are miles of paved and unpaved walking/running/biking trails right out the front door. We would definitely stay here again.
Very nice clean condo. Perfect for two couples, my wife, daughter and her husband. We stayed for six nights. The location is unbelievable, ten minutes from snorkeling at sharks cove and ten minutes to the PCC. We would definitely stay again.
Great place for a family of 4. The biggest perks were the beach chairs, coolers and boogie boards. Ate breakfast on the lanai. A/C was handy at night. Walked to Turtle Cove for some of the best snorkeling so far. Would definitely rent this condo again.
The condo was very nice and very well equipped. We enjoyed the location at Turtle Bay. The separation of the bedrooms was also nice for us.
