A nice property well kept. A bit older but well maintained. Great access to amenities and nearby activities.
We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was there is only 1 a/c unit in the primary bedroom. The upstairs loft was in the upper 80's even with all the fans and a/c unit working.
We stayed for 8 days and the property was nice. Kitchen was large. Communication with the host was amazing-we appreciated her time.

The property was very nice. Great space for our family of 6. So nice to have a kitchen and 2 full baths. Conveniently located. The beach / pool gear was so great to have on hand! One night the loft was pretty hot and the kids slept on the pullout couch but after the first night the temperature was manageable.
We had a great stay at the condo with our family of four. The condo was clean, spacious with everything you need for a vacation on the North Shore. The pool was right next to the condo with BBQ pits. Turtle bay beach and the resort is a short walk and the balcony faces the quiet and pristinely maintained golf course. North Shore beaches and Kahuku are a short drive away. Will visit again!
We had a wonderful stay and the location was perfect.
Our family of 5 had plenty of space to spread out. We loved the location, it was quiet, lots of activities were accessible at the Ritz next door. Nothing fancy, just comfortable and had everything we needed to unwind and relax.
Comfortable for a family with kids. We loved the proximity to the amenities and towns on the north shore.

Location was great, but listing was misleading. The condo itself needs some improvements and the listing says AC but in reality there is one window unit in the main bedroom and it is also very loud. Other than that you have fans in each room. We kept windows and the sliding glass door open all day and ran fans all night. The kids struggled to stay cool in the loft and our toddler was so hot trying to sleep. We did not want to spend anytime there during the day. If you are sensitive to heat- it’s something to note. Also some lights and outlets didn’t work and the carpet needs replacing. If it were in a lower price range we wouldn’t feel the need to be as picky, but we’ve stayed on the north shore several times and feel we’ve had great comparisons.
Great location! It’s right across the pool and overlooking the golf course. So quiet and relaxing!
Clean and comfortable condo. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. We enjoyed the pool just outside of the condo, and the many beaches a short walk or drive away. Not a ton of shopping nearby but several yummy food trucks a few minute drive away. We appreciated that the condo is equipped with a few pool noodles, beach chairs, and 6 beach towels.

The property was beautiful, the rooms clean and comfortable. We appreciated the beach toys and towels for our stay. The boys loved playing tennis every morning. We truly enjoyed our stay.
Place was clean, quiet and short walk from Turtle Bay restaurants, walking trails, beaches.
Owner has great communication and getting to and into the property was easy. Beds were comfortable. Only trouble was my 6’3” husband bumped his head on the ceiling upstairs due to the vaulted ceilings.
The location was perfect, the complex is quiet and beautiful, the unit was perfect for 4 adults and a child. We had plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and everything was extremely clean, and I’m really picky about that. The manager was informative, friendly and responsive.
The only bad thing was that we had to leave…😢
We will definitely be planning another trip to the North Shore and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.
My family and I really enjoyed staying here. Beautiful and reasonably priced gateway to the North Shore. Turtle bay beach nearby is an amazing spot for snorkeling with kids.
Clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Good beds. Good furniture and beach supplies. Hope to stay there again. Great location!
