Located in the resort lobby is The Guidepost Activity Concierge where you can book excursions & activities at the resort & see other activities offered on the North Shore area. View all activities on the Turtle Bay Resort website. The resort's pools, fitness & business centers are reserved for registered Turtle Bay Resort guests only. Everything else the resort has to offer is open & available to the public. All activities are detailed down below.
THE CONDO
Very neat, clean & comfy 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo welcomes you on your Hawaiian vacation or island stay-cation! Sleeps a maximum of 7 people. Spacious lanai with outside dining and a courtyard view overlooking one of the 3 pools available onsite. Conveniently located steps away from the Pavilion, Pools & Sports Court where you can enjoy a game of basketball, pickleball & tennis ball. Condo contains all your standard household appliances including a new stacked washer/dryer capable of handling small loads during your stay. You are assigned 1 designated parking stall (maximum 2 vehicles). Parking passes are provided upon arrival. Access is keyless & codes to enter the property gates & the condo are provided prior to check-in.
ENTERTAINMENT within the condo includes boardgames, puzzles & books, free access to unlimited Wi-Fi & digital cable, Smart TV's in the living room, primary bedroom & loft, cable TV in the living room & primary bedroom.
The LIVING ROOM includes a large & comfortable sectional couch & small window AC unit.
The PRIMARY bedroom contains a comfortable king bed, window AC unit, HD cable TV, Smart TV, large closet & dresser, extra towels, pillows & blankets, iron & board, luggage rack, hamper & pack-n-play for a little one.
The 2nd bedroom is a LOFT offering a comfortable queen bed + full size fold down sleeper sofa, a twin foldout floor futon, extra linen, pillows & blankets, Smart TV, board games, puzzles, books, ceiling fan, several floor fans, a portable AC unit to help cool down the space & a private half bathroom (no shower). Privacy drapes stretch across the balcony.
Important! Please read!!
The portable AC in the loft is not suitable for continuous use & may not cool the loft completely. The unit is intended to make sleep easier in combination with the several fans provided. Please DO NOT run the unit all day long, especially when you are not in the loft, and when you plan to be out for the day. Please DO NOT MOVE the unit or the vent setup will separate. Do not tamper with the window where the vent is mounted. Please DUMP THE BUCKET at least once a day to avoid flooding. The condensation will drain into the bucket located right behind the unit & due to the humidity levels, the bucket will fill up fast! Please check the bucket frequently. Pour bucket water into the toilet & return the bucket to the drain line right away. Keeping the bathroom door closed while AC is in use may help optimize cooling results.

Access is keyless & codes to enter the property gates & the condo are provided prior to check-in.
There are 2 short flights of stairs from parking stall to condo. When you enter the condo, you will find a welcome letter with helpful property info & your parking passes which should be displayed on your rear view mirror or dashboard at all times during your stay. Upon your departure, please be sure to return the parking passes. THERE IS A STRICT $100 FEE FOR ANY MISSING, LOST OR UNRETURNED PARKING PASS.

This condo has been registered with the State of Hawaii as a Transient Accommodation vacation rental & also serves as our family's vacation home.
As is with all short-term vacation rentals & resort accommodations in Hawaii, a mandatory Honolulu County & Hawaii State tax is to be paid by all guests, and is a separate charge not included in the total cost of your booking here.
Your departure cleaning fee is based on your length of stay. A form requiring your guest information will be required & your email address will be requested so that the form can be provided to you for completion & return. Prior to your arrival, a map of the property, detailed arrival instructions, access codes & lots of helpful information are sent to you via email.

7 GUESTS MAX - In addition to the 5th guest, there is a fee of $25 per person per night for a 6th & 7th guest.
EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT will be accommodated when available. There is a $100 fee for early check-ins and $100 fee for late check-outs until 1:00 pm. Check-outs after 1:00 pm are subject to pay the full nightly rate. Arrangements for early arrivals & late departures are to be scheduled in advance & will be accommodated only when the condo is available. Standard check-in is 4:00 pm & standard check-out is 11:00 am.
