This was an exceptional property truly Paradise!
Home was perfect for our trip. Kids and adults loved the pool. I was worried about it not being heated cause I don’t like cold water, but the pool temp was perfect! Close to shopping, activities and public beaches. Highly recommend!
Fabulous porch and living areas. We actually had two houses and this became our gathering spot - so very perfect! we were able to do a couple dinners with everyone. Also, very walkable to some gorgeous scenery and not far from everything we needed.
Kona and the house far surpassed our expectations. I am pining to return.
This was the best rental we've ever done. Place was great, fully accommodated six adults and four grandkids with beds and baths for all. Excellent indoor and outdoor dining. The pool area was beautifully landscaped and very private. All-in-all, couldn't have had a better stay. Very quit and peaceful.
Our family of 8 had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and open space to spread out. We enjoyed the pool every day and outdoor space was easily accessed and provided plenty of seating for our group. The mango tree provided fruit for every breakfast and was delicious! Even though there was no ac and we were staying in late July the many windows and ceiling fans and pool kept us cool. Just a suggestion...beach chairs were sparse and more would have been appreciated. We would recommend this great family home to everyone. The Owens Family!
Close to the bay, grocery store is less than a mile away with Hawaiian ice next door! Pool is amazing, very roomy, comfy beds. There is a market at the outrigger weds/fri 9-2 that is an easy 10 minute walk away.
There is AC units, they are locked out, it is manageable but would sure be great to use it at night.
Can’t say enough about this wonderful home!
The size & location of the home was perfect. I definitely would recommend it to my friends if they are planning on going to the Big Island
The house was perfect for our family of 10, the location was great! Back yard and pool perfect and loved all the bathrooms!!I would definitely recommend this home and would visit again!

Our party of 9 had a wonderful time. The house was clean and spacious. We spent several hours every day on the Lanai. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool was refreshing.
Thanks to other reviewers and the listing, we knew that we wouldn't have AC. The good news is that we didn't need it since we were staying over in the winter.
We made use of the beach supplies and were grateful they were available.
