Welcome to our newly remodeled, ocean front Maui condo Kahana Reef 406! This popular top floor, one bedroom, one bath condo literally sits a few feet from the ocean, has spectacular unobstructed views, and sleeps four.

Enjoy the private beach at the north end of the Kahana Reef property or swim in the pool. Delight seeing sea turtles feed daily in front of the seawall. During the winter season, watch from the lanai as humpback whales and dolphins play in the channel between Molokai and Maui.

Savor your morning coffee, or evening wine, on your lanai while marveling at the ever-changing west Maui seascape. And once the sun sets, remember that the western view is perfect for stargazing!

Kahana Reef 406 is a one bedroom, one bath direct waterfront condo in West Maui. Located on the top floor and accessible by elevators or stairs, this newly remodeled private suite offers a bright and airy layout with direct water views facing the islands of Lanai and Molokai from the kitchen, living room and lanai, and mountain views from the entry and bedroom.

Kahana Reef 406's fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, new cabinets with tons of storage and a clean and modern back-splash. The living room features new carpet, fresh paint, a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and a flat screen HD TV.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, full-length mirrored closet doors, and accent wall. Other extras include free long distance to U.S. and Canada and free high speed internet.

Minimum four-night rental. Different minimum stays during Christmas & New Year's.

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):**
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):**
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
