Our family loved staying in this condo, the location can not be beat! We appreciated that each bedroom had its own air conditioner and bathroom.The covered patio was a wonderful place for meals & enjoying the beautiful ocean views. The unit is not updated; however, it is clean and comfortable.We would definitely choose to stay here again.
The location was perfect for us. Centrally located to our favorite snorkeling spots, shopping, and restaurants. The unit is a little dated, as they clearly advertise in the description but it was perfect for us and it has everything you need. Kitchen fully equipped with lots of dishes, pots, pans, bowls, storage containers. Pool area was so nice and well kept up. BBQ grills worked great. The view from the patio is amazing and we enjoyed the sunsets from there. Would definitely book it again.
A late review, but.. I want to tell people about the person that helped save my vacation at this time last year. His name is Randy and I'm not sure if he is the owner of this unit, host, or both, but I am forever grateful for his caring attitude and his willingness to help work out a problem not of his making. At this time last year my son & his wife found out their 4th child was on the way -they already had 3 little ones (oldest being 4 yrs.) My wife & I realized they could really use a vacation so we surprised them with a trip to Maui. We had paid for a property on the water near Napili Shores. The NIGHT BEFORE the kids were flying in I got a voicemail telling me that the unit was flooded from the one above it & that they were cancelling our stay. No apologies. No help. No scrambling to help us find something. Nothing. With no notice they blew up our paid for vacation & couldn't care less. The twist? There was no unit above the one we rented. So I scrambled to find ANYTHING that was available that would come close to what we had. I was finding nothing & starting to panic when somehow I found this perfectly located property & Randy. He jumped in, took charge, got the maids to come early, quickly checked us in and helped arrange the payment situation as VRBO does not allow same day bookings. The guy was kind, empathetic & just awesome. We are forever grateful. Wonderful location, large & clean condo, plenty of A/C. Good beds. A little/lot dated, but the location balances out.
Best location with steps to the beach, turtles swimming by, whales breaching and no afternoon sun. We had a great time. Yes, the place could use updating but you can’t beat the location. The host was amazing as well- great communication and helped us with a late check out when our flight changed.

We were very happy with the location but had a few problems. The house was very old and a lot was not working within the house when we visit (fridge, house lights-we swapped light bulbs with no luck, and dishwasher). The house also had no air mattress which was on the listing and only 4 beach towels. Overall the condo was fine but we were disappointed in the quality.
The description of the condo was accurate in terms of the condition. It does need new flooring, counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms, and some tlc with sliding screen door as well as windows. But considering how close it is to the ocean, I bet it’s hard to keep up with the corrosion caused by salt water. However, the beds and bedding were comfortable, lots of dishes and silverware, great selection of pots and pans, good set of knives, a good coffee maker and dishwasher. Laundry facilities were welcomed. The view from the lanai did not disappoint and the condo was large enough for our party. When we arrived, I texted the owner as he had said that was the best way to contact him, because we could not find beach towels, bedding for the porta crib, and there was only one beach chair. Also there was no stroller. There were 5 boogie boards, 3 pool noodles and 3 woven mats. We did find the towels, they were decoratively folded up on the beds. The owner did not answer.We noticed the refrigerator was taking a long time to cool to the correct temperature, and by Christmas Eve, it was warm. I called the number provided by the owner for mechanical problems and since he hadn’t responded to the text, I messaged him through vrbo to let him know about the refrigerator and that we were calling the number for repair. They never answered and we got a full voice mail all 4 times we called. The owner
Our family of five adults plus one infant had an amazing vacation in Maui for 10 days over Thanksgiving. The property location was wonderful and very convenient to Lahaina and other West Maui towns. This worked out well for attending the Maui Invitational college basketball tournament held at the Lahaina Civic Center. The condo is only a few steps from the ocean seawall and a nice private, sandy beach is just around the corner. The pool and tropical grounds of this small complex is meticulously kept. Sunsets from the lanai were beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked although the freezer lacked an ice maker. The property in general is somewhat dated and could use a refurbishment however it was comfortable. Overall, this was a wonderful stay!
Best beach location as far as you are right on the beach! Condo was clean and great views! Master bed was good but other guests said beds were too firm..

My overall impression was that the view was spectacular. The Condo could be a little more updated, but for the price, it was comfortable.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. We came with a large group and overall we rented 4 units in the complex. This unit is very spacious and you can’t complain about being literally 20 feet from the ocean. The lanai is wonderful and the overall set up of the unit is very good.
However, you need to come to the place with the understanding that the accommodations aren’t going to be confused for the Ritz. When we arrived, everything was clean and the couches and beds very comfortable.
However, there seems to be minimal effort to keep maintenance up. Tiles were cracked, screen doors didn’t close, there was exactly one kitchen towel for us to use, etc.
We aren’t a high maintenance family so these things didn’t bother us, but I can certainly see them bothering other families. A little more effort by the management company would raise the enjoyment of the place exponentially.
The ocean access is great, bring snorkel gear as my kids saw turtles every day. The location is great as Maui Brewing and some other stores are walkable.
Overall this unit is a wonderful unit and the small complex and pool are very nice, just go into it with eyes wide open.
Home was exactly as described in the listing. Offering its almost private beach and pool. Everything within reach. The house was well apportioned and comfortably slept 5 of us each with their own bedroom and bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed to stay for a week.
Communication and check-in process was simple and the communication often and clear.
We have a wonderful time and hope to be back before too long. This is a definite return visit destination and stay location.
Stay here if you can be completely self sufficient. Don't rely on any of the amenities or perks provided by the host. Not enough dish soap or detergent. Only enough coffee for one day. Showers have low flow and mystery cracks that are probably causing more damage. Cracked tiles and uneven floors. Unsealed grout throughout - particularly the kitchen counters. GROSS! The list goes on. The inside needs a full refresh.
When I asked about the missing stroller that was listed on the description the host responded with
"cancel the remainder of your stay and move somewhere else".
Get a proper map for directions before you arrive. The directions given were unclear. Two different pool access codes listed.
Great view of the ocean and the HOA/Strata amenities are awesome. Parking, Pool, beach access.
While this unit is older and in need of some renos. It was clean and the location was amazing! Beach right off the deck!
