Kahana Manor 701 is a luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse that can accommodate up to 4 guests and features central air conditioning. Please note that while this complex does include elevator access, you must climb one flight of stairs to access this penthouse unit. Dine al fresco on your spacious, private lanai, a great place to enjoy an evening meal while watching breathtaking Maui sunsets. This top-floor condo has a great open floor concept with the main living area flowing into the bright and spacious kitchen design. Kick back and relax on the large sectional sofa while enjoying the flat-screen TV that swivels into view. The kitchen is a real stunner with white cabinets and full-size appliances. The extra large kitchen island is a great place to gather and prepare meals, with breakfast bar seating. Just bring groceries!

Step inside the tropically decorated master bedroom, to find a comfortable king-size bed, large mirrored closet doors, and a flat-screen TV. You have access to the bedroom's private lanai, a great place to sip your morning coffee. The ensuite master bathroom is nicely appointed and features a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and access to the convenient guest bathroom with a shower and bathtub combo. Pack light as this unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

*** Kahana Manor has an elevator renovation project, estimated to be completed by the end of December 2025. There is an elevator at the north and south entrances of the building. One elevator will be worked on at a time during the building elevator renovation. ***
