Just right for 2
Everything we could ask for. Perfect location across from Kahalu'u Beach Park. Snorkeled there numerous times during our stay. Just right distance from Kailua-Kona area. Near enough to shop, sightsee, etc., yet far enough away from constant busyness of the area. Close to many other snorkeling and sight-seeing areas as well.
Condo in excellent condition and great amenities. We sat and ate on the lanai every day. Made frequent use of beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. Master bedroom comfortable and bathrooms excellent. Washer and dryer useful as well.
Only small suggestions would be to add a cutting board and a pizza cutter. Outside of those, we found everything we needed.
The property was just as described! It had a great oceanfront view from the lanai and the master bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beach across the street was great for snorkeling, especially in the morning! Bring water shoes as entry at the beach is rocky but the snorkeling was fun. We went out every morning.
The property was perfectly clean on arrival. The most well equipped vrbo we have ever stayed in. King bed in the master was very comfortable. The lanai view looking across the bay with your coffee in the morning is as good as it gets. Your shower after a day in the ocean is wonderful in either of the two bathrooms, plenty of pressure and space. Location was our sweet spot.

Location, location, location... this condo is located across from one of the best snorkeling spots on the island, near grocery, restaurants, parks, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Kauila-Kona, but close enough to visit. Every morning my my family walked across the road and went straight to the beach to snorkel. What an experience! It is about 25-30 minutes from Two Step, close enough that we went there twice, and about 15 minutes from the wonderful South Kona Fruit Stand where we got our fruit and smoothies for our stay. The condo is exactly as shown in photos, clean, comfortable and well-stocked. Owners were responsive and property manager was available when we needed her. I can highly recommend this place and would definitely return!
Awesome place to stay, with Ocean view and easy access to the beach park. You do need a car to get groceries though.
Great location. Comfortable and well maintained. Great snorkeling beach across the street. Night snorkel with manta rays a must do.
The upscale tropical furnishings are a plus.
Convenient to a delightful park for snorkeling, swimming. Relaxing and sunset views.
Easy to drive to South Point, coffee farms and shops.
Perfect location for west Hawaii!
