Nice surroundings. Well stocked kitchen. Washer/dryer right in unit, very convenient. Nice sandy beach about 2 miles away.
Check-in was super easy with a code for the door and all parking spots are close to unit. Extremely clean and well stocked. I did ask for sheets to be out for sleeper sofa and we had to look for those and they forgot to turn the thermostat back down after a few day gap, but given the heat and humidity, the thermostat worked great and they set it down about a minute after I called. Beach gear was great. Don't underestimate snorkeling across the street. Kids had a great surf lesson too. Fabulous central location. Parking in town was expensive, but we went farther south for Shave Ice. Pool was great and kids used every day. Fabulous location!
Stayed a month in this comfortably furnished quiet condo. Master suite and 2nd bedroom are at opposite ends. Plenty of beach gear and nice kitchen. Unit and property is well maintained. Property Manager Britt is efficient and easy to contact. It was a perfect place to stay a month and host visiting friends.

Very nice and comfortable condo. Perfect place to get to everywhere we wanted to go.
We arrived in the afternoon to find a super clean condo with a few treats waiting for us. The access to Ali drive was great so we could take the trolley downtown for a happy hour and see the sunset. The King bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great to keep us cool for sleeping. We love the central location for access to north and south beaches. Overall it's one of the nicer places we have stayed on the big island and we will probably attempt to rent it again when we return.

Very accurate listing, stayed 5 days, pool area was closed two days due to vandalism but it was fixed quickly. Kitchen was nicely equipped with nice quality items, beds comfy, A/C worked well, convenient parking, responsive property manager. Great location!
This property was fabulous. The host's had a folder, with so much great information in it. From how to turn on TV, what was expected on check-out, and included great places to visit! We meet the property Manager Britt and she was the absolute best.
The kitchen was fully stocked with needed kitchenware. They had everything for beach fun to use including a cooler.
It was so clean! Even the grounds were immaculate.
Very reasonably priced.
We spent 2 weeks on Maui at a Vrbo before coming to the Big Island. We have rented Vrbo's in the past.
We would state this was the best Vrbo that was organized, clean, friendly & a great price.
If we ever come back to the Big Island this is where we would stay.

Great condo with all you need. Super location.
Great location across from a good snorkeling beach. Easy to access the south end of the island and quick access into downtown Kona. Well appointed kitchen and everything worked well. Close to a grocery store and lots of local farmers markets.
The king bed was hard and the twin beds were softer but that can be preference.
There are 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and coolers to use.
The lanai had a nice patio set and we often enjoyed our meals outside.
Parking was free and easy.
I would stay here again.
