Check in was a breeze and the new key codes are fantastic - especially at the pool gate. We have stayed here previously and hope to stay again. The condo is great and we love the location.

Location was great! House was comfortable, beautiful view from the outside porch, great location to stores and the ocean. The pool looked good but I'm a ocean person. Walking distance to the beach with corel and great snorkeling like the listing states. Short drive to supermarket, other stores and activities. When I had a questions, easy to ask and quick responses. Highly recommend this!
We stayed for the second time in this complex. The location is great just walk two minutes to great snorkeling on a lovely beach. Accommodations were great with a very comfortable 2 bedroom condo. It was fully supplied with cooking implements beach towels and comfy beds. We will return!
High surf in January so beaches closed on west side of island for part of our stay.
Lots of room for our family. We loved that the second room had twin beds. The location is peaceful and convenient to get around the island. There is a great view from the porch. Check in and out was super easy and the communication was great overall.
We went mid-November and the weather was perfect. We cooked on site most days and went to the beach across the street. Everything was great and the host was so responsive! We would definitely stay again. Thank you for making our trip perfect!
The condo is right across the street from the beach, great snorkeling there. Pretty ocean view. Lots of parking. Nice pool and hot tub. Would stay there again.
We were very happy to find this unit as it was across the street from the beach park we love to go to. Both bedrooms and kitchen were exactly as shown and explained in the details on their VRBO add.
We loved the property. Should we visit Kona again I would definitely seek out this property again. Lawerence was great at communicating and answering all questions and providing local information for shopping and dining. I highly recommend this location.
We had a wonderful stay at our condo. They did a great job equipping the unit with everything you would want for cooking and outdoor activities. We requested additional boogie boards and they were delivered right away. Keyless entry was ideal for all of us coming and going. We made great use of the pool and hot tub and lived watching the sunsets from our patio.
Everything was great except we were charged for air conditioning and we did not use it. Also, the kitchen was lacking in a a large pot and steamer basket. The coffee pot was way too small.
This condo was very clean and very well kept. Definitely a comfortable location which was on the ground floor. The manager was very easy to communicate with and very open would definitely recommend this condo.
We had an incredible stay. The condo had absolutely everything we needed, comfortable and cozy. The snorkeling directly across the street was the best! Water was crystal clear, lots of turtles.After visiting other beaches nearby the kids always wanted to come back to “our beach” We will definitely be back.
We enjoyed our stay so much we are already scheduled for next year. Everything was great.
We come from Wisconsin and are used to sleeping with it pretty cold, so know that you can only turn the air down to 72, they have it set for that temp and you can't change it. So ultimately we didn't really need the air conditioner, which you do pay extra for.
The property was how it was described on the VRBO. It was close to great snorkeling and it was great to have some beach equipment supplied by the host. Only disappointment was that during our stay the pool was closed for maintenance, which also meant the bbq’s were off limits.
I travel to Kona a few times a year, and the location of this condo is excellent. Overall, the condo is great. There are a few things that would have made it out of this world. The first one is a full-sized coffee maker. The 4-cup coffee maker was not enough for my husband and myself. We would have to make two pots at least every morning, which is not the best way to start our day. We are serious coffee people. We cooked most of our meals at the condo and found that the kitchen could be better stocked. One tiny sauce pan isn't enough for me. It is also time for a deep clean.
Even with the inconveniences I had, I would stay there again.
The location of this unit is great; however, the unit is not very clean, the kitchen equipment is random and not in good shape. The coffee maker is a 5 cup! You couldn’t open a bag with the scissors if your life depended on it. The ants all over the kitchen were not a pleasant experience. The property owner and manager were responsive (after I sent a video) and brought in an exterminator, but it didn’t work. Did not like finding out that we were the third set of guests that were dealing with the ants. Made cooking in the unit difficult. The pool is very pretty but too cold to enjoy, especially with an 11 month old. We are Canadian and don’t mind some cold, but the ocean is markedly warmer than this complex’s pool. The hot tub was nice.
This was our first time to the Big Island, and we were fortunate enough to stay at this condo. Beach access is truly just across the street, and the condo complex also has a pool and hot tub. The nearby shopping center was so convenient, and we found the location great in terms of visiting spots north up the coast as well as driving around south to Volcano National Park and Hilo.
The property itself naturally split into two sets of bedrooms and bathrooms, which was great for our kids. All the appliances worked well, and it was nice to hear from the property manager that they could make use of the (inevitable) extra food stuffs we had to leave behind.
