We had a very positive stay in Kauai in this unit. Unit has upgraded kitchen and bathroom and was very clean. Had most of everything we needed in the kitchen and beach chairs and beach toys.Unit has only air conditioning in the bedroom. The exposure of the family room/dining room made it very uncomfortable in that area of the unit during the afternoon. Weather in Kauai seems to no longer have the tradewinds to cool things off in the evenings, at least not during our recent stays.
This place was wonderful. It was comfortably furnished with nice sized rooms. It had everuthong we needed for our stay. The two lanais were nice. The view from the larger one was amazing. The grounds were gorgeous and well mantained. The walk to the beach was short and we saw sea turtles and monk seals there everyday! The location was great.
This is a lovely unit. Excellent location for a walk to the beach, nice restaurants, and the pool. Will definitely be back.
We enjoyed our stay and would visit again! The unit is well equipped from kitchen to beach supplies, and is so close to the beach. We appreciated the AC unit in the bedroom. We hope to be back!

Loved staying here. Super comfortable bed and had everything we needed. Bedroom AC worked perfectly. Loved having space and a washer and dryer. Super close to great beaches and restaurants. Can’t wait to come back and stay again. Thank you!!!
Extremely clean, conveniently located within walking distance to several beaches and along the Heritage Trail. Great cross breezes kept the unit naturally cool and two lanais to enjoy the views and bird sounds from!
We've stayed in this unit for many years. The location is very convenient. The property managers are very responsive should any difficulties arise!
Through the years we’ve stayed in this unit many times. This is a lovely spacious condo. We like the garden view. This condo has always had everything we need yet regretfully, we won’t be able to stay again.This condo has a mold issue, which can be common in Hawaii. As soon as you open the front door, you smell it - mold smell has always been quite strong upon entry. I do have sensitive immune issues. My husband does not. We have both gotten sick, the last two times we’ve stayed here. I have never addressed the mold issue with management. We really love the Poipu Kai area. We have always loved this condo.
Our only comment is no A/C. Everything is very damp. We had a great stay. Location is excellent and amenities ie: beach awesome, umbrellas etc was awesome.
Had a great time it was very nice to be very close to the beach just a quick walk away to a very fun beach area at poipu. The air conditioning was a lifesaver butcould have made it a little cooler Yes
Exceptional location. 5 minutes walk to the beach to watch the turtles come onto the beach. There are BBQs you can use for free on the complex and a Safeway only 2 miles away. The condo was amazing - views were out of this world and the condo had everything you needed
Stayed at this condo for 4 nights and my boyfriend and I had a great experience! The condo was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable. We were super appreciative of all the beach gear that was provided as well! We loved how close the condo was to Poipu beach (walking distance) and to shipwreck beach (4 min drive). We also accessed the pool which was lovely and relaxing. The AC unit in the bedroom took a little while to cool the room, but once cooled it felt great and we slept very comfortably. Overall this condo was excellent and we would absolutely stay here again when we return to Kauai.
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Jeremy's house. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay, just steps away from the beach. If we return to Kauai, we will definitely stay at this house again!
Nice code, well decorated and supplied. We were in a corner of the building but it was more than expected. Having two lanais was nice and the view of the gardens and out to the sea was very pleasant. The only thing it needed aws a brighter lamp somewhere for reading. They also mentioned a hose outside but we never saw one.
I liked the two Lize. One in both directions. Very private sheets and bed was wonderful. They promised a hose outside to wash your sand off. We never saw it. Also, there was very little light in order to read by at night. The lamps were all pretty low wattage. I had to crouch near a lamp in order to read my guidebook.
This was the perfect property for us for our week in Kauai. Can’t beat the location! It was so easy to walk to the beach and the unit had everything we needed to enjoy a day at the beach, including beach chairs, a boogie board, towels, umbrella, and lunch cooler. We enjoyed both pools on the property and used the gas grills to make dinner. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. We had a few warm afternoons/nights but the bedroom stays nice and cool and the fans in the main room worked great. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would definitely return!
Our stay in Kauai was amazing. The condo was better than expected and the location was perfect. Just a few minutes walk from the beach and bar. I would stay here again!

Only AC was a portable unit in the bedroom, so a bit noisy. Ceiling fan in the living room pretty weak for me, but I do run hot. Overall a comfortable place. I’d stay again, especially if AC was installed!
We stayed at this location for several days and it's about the perfect location. The residence itself was so nice. We loved the open beamed ceilings, the furniture setup, the deck was perfect for morning coffee. Not really anything we didn't like. Having been island hopping for a bit, we really appreciated being able to do a few small loads of laundry in the furnished washer/dryer. The host really did have everything you would need to feel at home away from home. Shopping, dining, entertainment...all within 5 minutes from here.
Would 100% recommend this spot and we would definitely return and stay here.
Very nice (and private 1/1 condo with two decks, overlooks large open space w/ sidewalk running for down to Brenecke Beach. Excellent beach paraphenalia, cooler, umbrella, chairs. A couple cannot go wrong w/ this unit and location. A/C only in BR, shower only (but it’s big!)…plenty of cross breeze and fans.
Amazing location just a quick minute or two walk to Brennecke's Beach. Condo was very large for two people, and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was plenty big enough for us to maneuver around each other. Had EVERYTHING we needed for a wonderful beach vacation: beach chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers, plenty of trash bags, laundry detergent, and more! The condo being so well-stocked made our stay incredibly easier. Overall it was a really great stay in paradise!
This was a great place to stay. Very centrally located to hikes, beaches and snorkeling beaches . It had a great view. Th property manger communicated often. The condo had everything we needed. Beach towels, snorkel equipment an hairs And we had no complaints about anything.
Beautiful property in excellent location
Attractive and spacious unit. Grounds are well-maintained with lovely trees, shrubs and flowers. Both lanai look out on pleasant spaces--the one has a view of the ocean (five minutes walk) across an extensive lawn. Glad to see that a new AC was being installed on the day we left. Note that the unit is up one flight of stairs. I would love to own or have regular access to a unit such as this. A brighter light in kitchen (which is well-equipped) would be nice. Because of how the unit is built it is impossible to shut out the sound of rowdy neigbours. (Only happened once.)
Very spacious lovely condo in a beautifully kept setting.
Felt the condo had great linens, towels and extras that hep one settle in quickly. Very close to beach and whatever needed such as beach chairs , snorkel gear ,towels included. Bed was lovely, wonderfully large closet and bathroom. Kitchen very nice and well set up.
Ratten furniture was very comfortable which often isn’t in other condos we have stayed in as this furniture is most likely more expensive. There could be better lighting such as higher watt bulbs . Washing machine doesn’t clean well as it is too small annd short wash cycle. a regular size washer would make a difference.
We really enjoyed this condo and the couple issues above are not a deal breaker. We felt we made the right choice.
