The place was clean, good stock of kitchen equipment, bed was very comfortable and was pleased to have AC in the bedroom as it was hot and it also drowned out the noise of the roosters and upstairs neighbors. Really appreciated the cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella that were provided. I was not excited about the pool options. I envisioned laying by the pool with a view of the ocean but we did not have access to the pool that had the ocean view. Good location walking distance to beaches, although the beaches nearby were super busy. We also thought there would be access to the Poipu athletic club but there wasn't so that was a bit of a bummer. Overall it worked for us but I thought it was too expensive for the lack of amenities.
We enjoyed our time here. The grounds were great with multiple pool options. Being across the street from the beach was incredible.
You can’t beat the location. Beautiful view. This is our third time staying in this complex and never had any issues until this trip. I washed our clothes and after drying them, they smelled like dirty underwear. I had to go out and get bounce to be able to wash any more clothes. The kitchen was very minimally stocked, only 1 cereal bowl. It would have been nice to have at least salt and pepper available. One night a horrible loud alarm went off, we had no idea what it was. Had to call security to come who said it was water detector. Turns out there was a leak in the garbage disposal and they had to replace it. We went to wash dishes the first night only to find no sponge to do it with. Still debating if the view from the condo was worth it.
Very nice property. Close and walkable distance to the beach/ocean. Beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella provided. The convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit came in handy - very tropical weather. Their bed is very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to install a screen door onto the front door otherwise the unit gets extremely warm if you don’t leave the front door open to allow the breeze to pass through, which requires you to stay in the unit. There is air conditioning in the bedroom which was appreciated. I truly loved our stay and would use this unit again, if I’m blessed to be able to return to Kauai.
My husband and I stayed at this beautiful location in early June 2023. The condo was great and included everything we needed for our stay. I would absolutely stay here again. I only have one suggestion, please include instructions for the televisions. Each television had two remotes and we never could figure out how to find the shows we wanted. Didn't matter in the end because we were too busy to watch TV!

We were very happy with this condo, the resort and the location. Check in was easy and the place was spotlessly clean. It’s a really nice condo, very spacious especially for two people. Lots of space in the big rooms. Loved being on the ground floor since there is a community grill right outside the lanai, we grilled almost every night and didn’t have to go down any stairs to get there! Would highly recommend this vacation rental, really ideal for two or three people.
The condo was nicer than we expected. Great location with beaches near by, food and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely recommend this condo and we would come back.
This condo is clean and spacious. We found all the comforts of home here. The Athletic Club is a terrific bonus. The beach is so close that we could come and go as we desired. We will stay here again.

We were very happy with the view and the property in general. The unit is in need of some upgrades. Our door lock did not work and we had to call management who responded promptly to fix the lock. Also the kitchen only has one useful frying pan and nothing other than salt and pepper were provided. We rented through AirBnB and expect more amenities from rentals on this site, as we also are AirBnB hosts.
We still had a great vacation!
