We loved our condo. We spent most of our waking hours on the oceanfront balcony. It was a great place to enjoy our morning coffee. We also appreciated the extra half bathroom. The large mirror in that bathroom was ideal for shaving and putting on makeup. The path along the ocean was a great place for a stroll. If we every return, we'll stay at this resort again.
Great place. Great location to get to anywhere on the island. Very clean and the management team was responsive and available to help. We would stay there again. No A/C but they had fans and the ocean breeze was nice.

My husband and I loved our stay at Kaha Lani Resort. The views were unbelievable, with the ocean only a few steps away. The lack of A/C was a little tough at times, but you do get a nice breeze from the ocean, and overall, it's worth it. The unit is stocked with everything you need. The proximity to the airport and kapa'a was fantastic and it was easy to get anywhere on the island. Thank you for a great stay!
Overall a very good experience. Condo was excellent and exactly as advertised. Ocean view was BEST EVER. It could not have been improved.Location is central to the island which also makes it very convenient to go both directions with ease.The one item that is worth mentioning is that the BBQ's were at other end of resort, in terrible condition and basically not useable. A third grill was located in the parking lot and also needed repair. Property Management is NOT taking care of these grills.Overall, very quiet (which we like) and our unit was very well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Clean, quiet and peaceful.Also worth mentioning that there is a homeless encampment on the edge of the property towards the golf course (public park area) but we experienced no issues at all walking through or near that area. Homeless citizens were observed many locations on the island so it's not just this area.Finally, we would highly recommend this unit and these condos for those that want quiet, with a great view.
Unit was clean and well appointed. Loved the large lanai and gorgeous sunrises. Quiet area surrounded by a state park with trails and a beach that goes on for miles. East side is not ideal for swimming/snorkeling but there is a protected swimming area in the park. Great location to explore the island from. Beware the gangs of cats and chckens ;-) and FYI, Kauai roosters cannot tell the time.

Great communication from property management throughout. Unit was clean and organized. Fantastic views of the ocean from the lanai and pointed due east to catch the sunrise. Quick walk on the paved path to Lydgate beach. Community pool on the property was very clean and looked recently refinished. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Beautiful unit very well equiped. The kitchen had everything you need. The staff were very nice and respond very fast.The unit was very clean except the mosquito netting for the windows. They were dusty mostly in the bathroom and bedroom. The view is amazing and the unit is near Lydgate beach. A nice beach for family and lots of fish to see in the morning. Generally a nice place. I will recommend it.
My husband, 14 year old son and I loved this beautiful & super clean rental space! Bed was cozy & our son said sleeper sofa was too! The view was incredible and the sunrise & ocean breeze were unbeatable. Pool and laundry were great. Kitchen had all you need and more. There was plenty of green space right below so they could play catch. Walking distance to lifeguarded beach. Close to lots of stuff and food. Amazing experience! Thanks for having us!

Well appointed 3rd floor walk up unit. Despite being just 10 minutes from the airport, there was no airplane noise, if there was, it was drowned out by the sounds of crashing ocean waves. Personally, my favorite part of Kauai is the animals, and this property is full of them! The usual chickens and roosters, tons of geckos, and so many adorably friendly cats! Don't feed them, but we saw the lovely volunteers come by to make sure they were fed. Beyond the animals, the unit itself has a stellar breeze off of the ocean. The bed was nice and the water pressure in the shower was great. You will have a nice stay if you choose this location!
This unit faces directly out to the ocean (about 100yrds away. There is a walking/bike path between the unit and the ocean, but that wasnt an issue and made for great people watching. The winds were exceptionally strong and made it hard to enjoy the outside deck and lounge chairs...but that WAS the Air Conditioning during our stay. Nice unit for a couple but might be a little tight with a little or another couple to share.

The condo is perfectly located for great unobstructed views of the ocean. A short walk to the beach which has swimmable areas, life guard, and is long enough for beach jogging and brisk walks. The pool offers a nice cozy alternative to the thunderous pacific. The interior layout and amenities were accurately described. Nice breezes flow through the condo. Conveniently located, just east of the main highway, therefore you do hear a bit of traffic noise at times. The bedroom looks out onto the facility parking lot, with associated noises. Would come again. Ah and yes, and the roosters!
