We had originally booked a unit at Kaanapali shores with another company. Three weeks out, they canceled on us. It turned out to be a blessing! Quam properties is incredible! They are so nice & helpful. They respond quickly & address any need right away. We will only use them from now on. The resort, is an older resort & hallways could use some love. Don’t let that worry you. Once you walk inside the unit, you will be happy. There are two pools. One that’s tropical & fun that adults & kids alike go to & the 2nd pool by the restaurant is primarily adults & more quiet/laid back. We ate at the restaurant several times for the convenience. Many reviews were negative but the majority of meals we had were good & the staff there are great! The unit, you can’t beat the views. It is so beautiful!!! It has big sliding doors to enjoy the view, patio table & chairs. Great place to drink coffee each morning. It is well equipped with anything you could need The kitchen even has spices. We thoroughly enjoyed this unit & would definitely stay there again ( if the mattress is replaced. It’s our only con. It’s so hard, we woke up hurting each morning. When we couldn’t take it anymore, I called Quam properties & requested a cost mattress topper & they had one for us by that afternoon!! It made the bed way better! However, that’s when we discovered the mattress slants/dips down in the middle. We didn’t notify Quam (leaving soon) but I have no doubt they will fix it once I do.
We eloped and had a honeymoon! The unit was clean and updated!
Our condo was beautiful and the views were amazing. We could see whales! The beach is very convenient and the beach items that were available came in very handy and were much appreciated.our only complaint was that our trip ended much too soon. We would certainly love to come again and stay longer.
The view was incredible. We watched whales every morning off the balcony. Well stocked and clean
I’ve stayed at this resort many times and this wS the best decorated and with the most luxuries I have had. I would love to stay in this condo again
We were very pleased with the accommodations of this unit. The place was very clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a beautiful view of the ocean. Parking was easy. The pools were nice and clean. The beach had easy, quick access. Short distance to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants.

We had a very nice stay at the condo. It is in a great location overlooking the resort and ocean. The resort has a nice little restaurant and bar with two large pools. The beaches are close as are the grocery store, local eateries and food carts.
Overall a great location.
We've stayed at this property for over a decade, this was our first visit though to this unit. It was immaculate, had an amazing view, had all the usual needs covered, cozy bed and overall space, we loved it. We will be back!
