Great apartment. Beautiful ocean view. Plenty of space. The only thing for approval is that it was not 100% clean. However, we highly recommend this beautiful apartment, situated in a great location with excellent facilities.
Nice place with a great view. Check in was easy with a keypad on the door and it was nice to not have to carry a room key.
No complaints here. Perfect location and the rental had everything we needed. If I was to nitpick a few more beach supplies would be nice such as umbrella, beach toys and boogie boards.
Unit was clean and the kitchen was spacious. Loved sitting on the lanai and enjoying the ocean view!

Resort was great! The pools were great, nice sandy beach, restaurant and bar, few little shops, the woman at the coffee shop makes fantastic lattes! Towels for pool from hotel and in unit. Walk next door for food trucks, grocery store, shaved ice, snorkel bobs! Easy parking in garage or lot (our rented suburban was too tall for garage but plenty of local parking). The unit itself was great! Clean, air conditioned, everything we needed in linens and kitchen (high end blender made amazing smoothies from fresh coconut and pineapple from a fruit stand!!) enough coffee for a few days, gorgeous views from both balconies, several birds joined us for banana bread in the mornings. Beach chairs and nice coolers provided, easy to fill with water and take with us for all the driving around Maui. When we had a small issue with a shower head owner was responsive and came and fixed same day after a text. 10/10 would stay again!

Overall, place was great! Everything you needed from kitchen appliances, laundry ect. Definitely will be booking all future stays in Maui here.
The room served the purpose for our stay. The beach was great although rocky so better swimming more south. We didn’t know the gym was going to cost extra. Beautiful sunsets and amazing land/water/nature. Whales and dolphins aplenty in December. The kitchen knives were dangerously dull and cooking equipment barely sufficed. I would stay again if I couldn’t find another option. Tough to know the quality of kitchen equipment when booking but it’s important to me as i like to cook. There was no basic oil or spices so had to buy all this. Very responsive support. There was a smell like mold that I was sensitive to and the place felt very well used and old couch I didn’t want to get too close to. I guess this is to be expected with a rental property.
It's been awhile since I've stayed at a VRBO that took the time to care about your experience. The communication was thorough, the property lovely, the condo stocked and the details were covered. We had a blast and everything went smoothly. My kids are already planning their return. Mahalo!
This was my family's 4th stay in Ka'anapali, but our first time at this location. The property is fantastic with great pools, access to beach, on-site convenience shops, ample parking as well as being close to local restaurants, shops, grocery and activities. However, the unit is need of repair. While the basics were satisfactory (appliances, linens) there were many basic updates that are needed including painting, toilet in bath flushes by pulling up on the handle, low cold water pressure in bathroom sink, master bath door doesn't stay closed, lanai furniture is in poor shape, lanai doors stick, washer/dryer is very old. On our last day there, we noted a roach in the elevator and 2 bugs in our unit. Had this happened earlier in our stay, I may have lodged a complaint. That said, I tried to consider this a place to sleep and shower while enjoying everything the island has to offer.
Best part is the great central location, close to key beaches, restaurants, shopping areas. The unit itself is incredibly dirty and run down. It looks like it has not been cleaned, disinfected or refreshed in a decade. Everything smells. Visible dirt on the walls, doors, door handles, counter tops, carpet. Visible wall damage. Appliances are low-quality and flimsy. Only 2 of the burners worked well. Chipped dishes and bowls. Description notes housekeeping, although housekeeping is definitely not included and comes at an extra charge.
The condo was beautiful and close to the things we needed. The beach was beautiful and easy to access as was the pool. We loved it and would most definitely come back
We loved our stay here. Plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. The location can’t be beat, you are so close to anything you need! We would definitely stay again if/when we return to Maui!
The unit was so clean and updated! Perfect view of the ocean and came with all the amenities! Would definitely stay here next time!!

This was our first time to Maui and the condo did not disappoint. Great location, walk to food trucks and restaurants. Very clean and well stocked. An amazing view, we loved having our morning coffee on the patio.
