Kaanapali Royal - large modern two bedroom, two bathroom condo, surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping, on Ka’anapali golf course. With a pool, jacuzzi and tennis/pickleball, it is located in a gated community for your comfort and safety. 15 minute walk to Whaler’s Village and Ka’anapali beach.

WithIn the gated complex of Kaanapali Royal in the heart of the Kaanapali Resort, this large 1534 sq ft 2BR/2BA condo is your tropical haven. Highlights include new modern decor, a 500 sq ft lanai with partial ocean views, a spacious and sleek kitchen, a large living room with a 65” smart TV and a luxurious all-suite layout.

Walking distance from world famous Kaanapali beach, Resorts and Whalers Village shopping and restaurants. Play 36 holes of championship golf or a game of tennis just beyond your door. Or take a dip in the onsite pool and hot tub.

One of the few complex condos with direct access, and no stairs to enter, this condo sleeps up to 6 people. If you are unfamiliar with Kaanapali Royal, most condos have anywhere from 12-40 concrete stairs to enter. Mine has none!

LIVING AREA
Unwind in the comfortable living room, furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and 2 armchairs. Gather for favorite movies around the 65” smart TV with blu-ray player.

KITCHEN & DINING
Whip up meals in the spacious kitchen, equipped with a full suite of sleek, stainless steel appliances. Enjoy breakfast at the kitchen bar, which seats three, eat outdoors on the lanai with seating for four or gather around the dining table with seating for six.

Find ultimate comfort in the primary suite, complete with a king bed, a 40” TV with a Roku and lanai access. The ensuite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Sleep soundly in the guest suite, featuring a queen bed, a 40” smart TV, and lanai access. The ensuite bathroom comes with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Take in partial ocean views on your spacious 500 sq ft lanai, featuring draw-down shades and comfy furnishings. In the evening, sizzle fresh fish on the Weber gas grill, then dine alfresco at the table for four.

Spend sun-kissed days splashing in the resort pool just steps from your door. Or enjoy a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi. Both are open year-round.

Play a friendly game of tennis, pickleball or hoops at the complex’s free court.

Unassigned, uncovered parking for one car is available onsite. There is a parking fee of $154 per stay (subject to change) to be collected by Kaanapali Royal front desk when you arrive. The parking fee increases to $160 per stay January 1, 2026.

This rental includes central AC and Ceiling fans in all rooms.

THE LOCATION
Kaanapali Royal offers lush landscaping, a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, 2 lighted tennis courts, the security of a gated community, and an intimate setting without the crowds.

Walk or take a free shuttle less than a half a mile to Kaanapali Beach for fun-filled days snorkeling, paddle boarding, or scuba diving. Or enjoy dining and shopping in Whalers Village.

Located on the 16th green, golf enthusiasts will love the 36 holes of championship golf on offer at Kaanapali Golf Courses.

All condos in Kaanapali Royal are subject to a $160 parking fee per stay, payable to the Kaanapali Royal front desk when you arrive.

Please be aware that the beach size in Hawaii may vary from month to month due to our heavy surf, strong currents, and high & low tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

In addition, like many Maui complexes, Kaanapali Royal has a small cat colony that keeps us free from pests. Anyone with strong allergies may be affected.

Safety note: The complex borders an active golf course; on rare occasions, errant golf balls may enter common areas such as the pool or grounds.

The parking fee and HI/Maui taxes are subject to change and will be charged based on current rates at the time of the stay.

IMPORTANT: Although the unit is sprayed quarterly by professional pest control services, pests cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Should you encounter a pest problem, please call and we will be happy to address the situation.

House rules: No parties, no smoking inside or on the lanai, security enforced complex quiet hours between 10pm-8am daily, no more than six registered guests allowed in the condo. Any violation of these rules may result in a cancellation of the reservation.
