Read ALL reviews before renting! If you have any issues during your stay the communication is horrible and your issue will be ignored. I will say this condo has a well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach supplies but lacks blankets. On our second day the washer broke. Stoped mid cycle and would not drain. We contacted the rental agency and hours went by until we got a reply. They asked us to troubleshoot which we had already done before contacting them. Another entire day went by until we got a response back that they would be sending someone out. No one came for another whole day and it was not address until the end of our 9 day stay. Eventually the standing water in the washer smelled like rotten eggs so the condo smelled that way too. We ended up having to go to a laundry mat. They said they would reimburse us but I have yet to receive it. We were also given an incorrect gate code so could not get through the gate when we arrived after hours. Reached out to them for a correct code and didn’t get a reply until the next day asking if we got in. What if we hadn’t?! We have stayed in another condo in this complex a few times with a different management company. We have never had any problems. We will never rent a condo that is run by this company again. Nothing was a priority. No solutions were offered unless we came up with them and timeliness was nonexistent. It is too bad for the owners of this condo as it has great potential but the rental company is ruining the experience.
My family and I absolutely loved our stay in this amazing space. The condo is tastefully decorated with high-end furniture, and very comfortable beds. I so appreciated the extras in the kitchen, making cooking and meal prep enjoyable. We loved having our morning coffee out on the lanai that overlooks a beautiful golf course. There were plenty of snorkels and beach chairs which we used daily. This is one place I would love to come back to. Mahalo!
We loved our overall stay and really loved the location. Our teens/young adults loved being able to walk to the village so easily. Our only hiccup was that when we got in late afternoon the 31st of December we went to setup the pull out couch and there were no sheets. We searched every drawer, cabinet and closet and found nothing. There was also an air mattress my kids wanted to use so they didn’t have to share the queen bed and there was no sheets for that either. We texted and call all numbers on the sheet but because of the holiday didn’t hear back till the next day. Wasn’t ideal because someone had to sleep on the couch mattress with no sheets for a night. Otherwise the place has a good sized hang out space and a lot of beach amenities!
We booked the property for a week in December. The condo itself is in a great location, clean as a whistle and spacious. We enjoyed most of our stay there, with one exception. The toilet in the master bedroom became clogged through normal use. It took more than 10 hours for the management to send a plumber to clear the clog. We had to call repeatedly to the management number, and yet they took so long to respond. It ruined a full day of our vacation. (The plumber who eventually cleared the clog said it was likely due to aging pipes and a buildup of hardened calcium). When we asked for some sort of consideration, management would not even respond to our email. No apology, no acknowledgment of a wasted day waiting for them to fix the problem. Very disappointing, because we love the island, the people and everything else about our stay, except for the poor response from the managers of this property. We definitely did not receive “five star” service as claimed in their description of the property.
Let me start off by saying, I never take the time to write reviews but, thought I should share our vacation experience. This condo was the perfect place for my family of four. It has a great view and all of the amenities are great features! The condo is in perfect walking distance to a strip of shops, which has everything you need from restaurants, to snorkeling gear, a general store and even shaved ice! Also Whalers Village is also within walking distance but, you have to contend with the busy golf course… My one issue was the fact that the air conditioning was out for 3 days! If we hadn’t been socializing at the pool nobody would’ve informed us why our unit was scorching. Apparently the whole complex had the AC out. We quickly realized that our condo did not allow for sufficient cross breezes with all doors/windows open and things got sweaty. We had to reach out to the front desk and the property manager for updates. Uhh, everyone operates on island time so we just had to deal with it. This condo also was not equipped with fans in every room to allow for incidents such as this so when things got hot, it got stuffy! There is only one ceiling fan within the entire condo. On the 4th day our AC was finally fixed. There was no communication between the condo management company and myself regarding this vacation altering issue. After the AC was fixed we enjoyed everything very much but the first few days were a struggle with our kids in this heat.
