Perfect spot for our needs. Space was perfect and very comfortable!! We would stay here again for sure!
Renters beware! Property is as pictures as far as furnishings, however, as we started walking around the home we noticed that everything was very dirty. Stains on the throw pillows, creature poop on the mirror, dead bugs laying around on the floors, gnats stuck all over the ceiling in the master bath. We found cockroaches throughout our stay but didn't realize the extent of the issue until the end of our trip. I messaged the property owners and they were responsive and offered to come clean but I was with in-laws and didn’t want to draw their attention to the issues so I said I would clean not knowing the extent. They were supposed to leave bug traps but never did. I cleaned nonstop. My daughter spilled some bread crumbs and when I went to wipe it up off the floor the napkin returned brown. I took another napkin and wiped again and it returned even more filthy. I realized the whole floor was disgusting and covered in grime. Bathroom floors were the same. I then got sick on the trip and laid in bed when I wasn’t trying to keep the family entertained but I should have communicated more with the host given what we were seeing. The worst of it was our last night/morning. We battled ants non-stop although we regularly took out trash and didn’t leave anything out at all. The morning we left my in-laws came down to a RAT on the kitchen counter tops!! The hosts stopped responding to us. Don't stay here unless you don't mind infestations. Limited characters or I would describe more!
We enjoyed our visit to Maui and the 2-story condo was perfect for our needs. The unit was clean and as described online. The beds were comfortable and the ocean view from both decks were lovely. There is a nice beach in walking distance, and we enjoyed visiting Castaway Cafe nearby for breakfast. We had one issue with one of the bathroom sinks during our stay. The property management was quick to respond and sent someone out right away to make the repair. We loved the unit and enjoyed returning each evening after a full day of exploring the island. If you're looking for a quiet and roomier alternative to the busy resorts, I highly recommend this place!
Our family had a wonderful time! We loved the homey, warm vibe. It was the perfect home base for our family. Everything was so close! We could walk or drive. Very convenient. We will definitely stay again!
This property is a great option for those wanting to visit Maui. Communication with the manager was seamless. The location is perfect for accessing beautiful beaches and other activities like the Road to Hana. The condo was clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay again!

Our 7 night stay was great. The Condos location was perfect for us. We don't like staying in the resorts because we fill trapped inside by the long hallways and elevators to get outside. We only had to walk out the front door to access the beautiful grounds of Kaanapali Plantation condos. The view out our windows and relaxing on either balcony were so peaceful and serene. We walked down to the boardwalk daily, the walk back up the hill was a bit of a workout but not to much for someone in decent condition. The interior of the condo was beautifully updated and had everything we needed. I love to be greeted by enough coffee for the first morning in case of late arrival. The kitchen was well stocked. I also love when I have access to minimal cleaning supplies, broom, trash bags, even without kids I'm bound to need to sweep something up. We will stay here on our next visit for sure
Stayed for a week in Sept '24. Condo was clean and spacious, we were able to have 6 stay comfortably with one of the kids sleeping on the couch. The kitchen and appliances were great and made breakfasts/ lunches easy. The location is quiet in the evenings, but also just a 10 min walk from the condo to Kaanapalli beach. Great place to stay!
Our Maui stay was so great at the property. The kids loved the beach toys and items that made hanging out at the beach a blast. The house had all the amenities needed to make our vacation amazing. The host was very responsive to our needs and made everything enjoyable. We would recommend this beautiful place to stay 10 out of 10 times.

Myself, husband, and two friends stayed at the Kaanapali Plantation #16 for 7 nights, and I have to say that the condo is perfect for a beach vacation like this. The morning views of the ocean from both lanais are exactly what you'd think about when you are waking up in Hawaii. The first floor is well decorated, large kitch with new appliances, nice large dining room table and comfy couch. The first floor half bathroom & laundry came in very handy. The master bedroom & attached bathroom were both very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Our friends said the same about their rooms. Bree and her staff from Maui Lodging were super helpful and so was her recommendation of having Matteo from World Class Concierge help with all our excursion needs. I couldn't recommend this condo enough. Just know that it isn't DIRECTLY on the beach, but driving to one takes 2 minutes and it's more fun to explore many different beaches anyway.
Beautiful view, clean, less than ten minute walk from the beach. They even had beach towels and other beach necessities like chairs, coolers, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and more! Would definitely come back and stay again.

We are a family group of six who spent a week in this wonderful condo. Location was excellent, contact with our property manager, Herb, was fine. Condo was beautiful, clean and well equipped. We’d definitely stay there again and of course, the rest of Maui was fantastic.
The location and space of the house were perfectly ideal for our stay. A few, very fixable, issues that would have made our stay a bit better. The washing machine broke on the first day of our week long stay- an attendant came to look at it but was unable to fix without ordering parts. We managed to get by with doing only small loads, but a bit inconvenient. The hot water in the master shower went from burning hot to freezing cold, not much in between. The pillow cases and sheets were a bit worn, to the degree that we preferred to purchase new pillow cases and left them for the house. Thank you for an overall good first experience in Maui.

This condo compound was quiet and had a great ocean view from both lanai’s. We were here with our 2 eldest grandchildren and enjoyed our stay. Spacious condo with a washer and dryer and plenty of room to spread out. Would definitely stay here again!
Had a nice family vacation. Easy access to West Maui was super convenient and we enjoyed our stay.
The propery was updated nicely and had every thing we needed. It was clean and comforable. The weather wasn't good half of the time we were there, so it was nice to beable to play games at the table and look the windows to the ocean.

We spent Christmas at the condo for our first trip to Maui and we had a great time! The location was ideal for our family of 5 and it's very clean and well kept, with a very well equipped kitchen. I especially appreciated the bookshelf filled with just about any genre you might be interested in.
