The ocean views are absolutely breathtaking, and the location couldn't be more perfect, right on the beach with easy access to everything Maui and Kaanapali has to offer.We arrived to find every essential thoughtfully provided, from beach chairs and an ice maker to high-quality cookware and even laundry detergent—no last-minute runs to the store required. It felt like home from the moment we stepped in, making our few days at Mahana Resort an effortless highlight of our Maui trip.We'd book it again in a heartbeat!
We had a great stay in Sandy's condo. We were very comfortable with all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable. The highlight was the beautiful views from the deck and the living room windows. We definitely plan to return.

Ocean view was awesome- it was after dark when we arrived so opening the blinds and seeing blue water was breathtaking!

Fantastic property. Well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to everything - grocery store, restaurants, food truck yard, beach, other resorts. Sea turtles out on a show right out front every day. There is a lending library for books. Beach chairs you can use.
Awesome location, very clean and quiet
We loved our stay! The views are breathtaking, we felt like we were on our own little private beach, and the condo had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We saw turtles everyday and loved sitting on the lanai/patio and looking at the ocean.

My husband and I traveled to Maui for my 30th birthday and had the best trip imaginable. This beautiful property was a huge part of making our stay incredible. The unit is clean, comfortable, cozy, and has the most fantastic view of the ocean from the living room, master bedroom and balcony. Everything about getting to and from the property is a breeze, and Sandy is so communicative. She even helped us get a replacement hairdryer during our stay! Thank you for everything!
Great location, property is exactly as advertised. We saw whales every day, turtles swimming by, and even a pod of dolphins. We snorkeled most mornings and spent the afternoons reading or snoozing under the palms by the ocean. Great restaurants nearby and the Maui fish market for cooking in. Can't wait to return
Owner knew about a roach issue , said they didnt have time to do an in depth treatment "they had planned". No communication to me about the issue. Even though they had a guest complain in january and this is march.no co
In addition to the amazing view, this unit was immaculate and well appointed. We especially appreciated the little things…beach chairs, beach umbrella, binoculars, coolers and icees. The whale watching each day made this one of our favorite beach vacations ever!Directions for getting to and into the unit were precise and easy to follow. Can’t recommend this unit enough!

We were so lucky to see so many whales and turtles everyday from the lanai. There was even a Monk Seal on the beach just in front of the property one afternoon. We watched the sunsets every night from the lanai and they were perfect. Lots of amazing snorkelling within walking distance. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and was clean and quiet. The owners were helpful and kind with any questions we had. We loved this property!
We absolutely loved the location and neat as a pin with great amenities. Aston Mahana has views that are amazingly better than the resorts. The others look nice but you aren’t right on the water like this one. I kept saying all week that when you look out the window it has the effect like you’re on a boat cruise because all you see is water, you’re that close. And because of that you look down watching sea turtles all day every day and whales breaching and spouting in the distance. There is a coral bed right there but don’t worry, you just walk to the left side with open beach. Water shoes are a good idea. Snorkeling will show you some great aquatic life…especially those big turtles! Right next to Duke’s to grab a mai tai or pina colada. Food truck park is neat. Don’t mind the pool is not a massive lazy river. Went next door and it’s people everywhere so we thoroughly enjoyed having the pool be lower key. Beach chairs, umbrella and coolers are in perfect shape. Been to other places where they couldn’t get your tush off the sand and the back wouldn’t stay up. Met people on their anniversary that have been coming there for 23 years. That says a lot. Next time we come back we would stay here again for sure. Used Trilogy for our Molikini snorkel and sunset whale watching apps and drinks tour. They are top notch. Definitely a gem! Everyday we pinched ourselves looking out over the water. Great communication too!
Wonderful condo overlooking Kaanapali Beach! We enjoyed watching the sea turtles daily from our balcony. The condo is well equipped with everything we needed for our stay!
The condo is absolutely perfect. Wonderful location to enjoy the beach, walk the boardwalk, snorkel and dine at fun restaurants. The balcony brings delights of turtles and double rainbows. The host was very responsive and welcoming.
When I first saw this listing, I thought that there was no way the views or descriptions could be reality. I was proved so wrong after our stay here after being blown away by the incredible oceanfront scenery in this clean, comfortable, and well-equipped rental. My wife and I had an incredible honeymoon here, enjoying our daily breakfasts on the Lanai with frequent turtle sightings, easy access to the beach and pool, delicious foods from the nearby food trucks, and breathtaking nightly sunsets over the beach. Highly recommend staying here!
This condo was perfect to celebrate our anniversary. We saw turtles everyday which was the highlight of the trip. Condo was spotless and we had no issues whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again.
We weren’t sure about staying in this area as we had always stayed south of Black Rock…we were quite impressed and so happy we opted to try this location out! Great snorkeling just steps to the south, and the condo amenities we very nice and updated. We will stay here again!

Highly recommend staying at this condo, it was perfect. It is overlooking the kaanapali beach, we got to enjoy watching turtles and other fishes and even dolfins... The condo has everything youll need for a relaxing and exploring vacation. We snorkelled everyday and it was perfect. The kitchen also has all the utensils we need to cook during the stay home days. From the condo there's access to walk along the entire strip of the beach where you can checkout other hotels/condos and eat at their restuarants. Theres plenty of stores nearby and even foods trucks right next to the building.
Even thought there was no AC, the two portables AC units were more than enough it kept us cool indoors during the day and night. If we return to the island, will definetely stay here again. Mahalo.
