Great location. Beautiful view of the ocean from balcony. Easy stroll to the cabana. Condo has cozy, vintage vibe. Kitchen was well stocked with tools and appliances. We also used the BBQ by the pool.
We have rented many condos at the El Dorado complex over the last 20 years. We think the location is terrific, and the condos are spacious. This condo is by far my favorite. This complex was built decades ago, and some of the units have been extensively remodeled, and others just updated as needed. This one falls into the latter category. Although the mattress in the main bedroom was a little soft, and, yes, there is shag carpeting that is dated and some older furniture, I don’t believe that is as important as many of the features this unit offers. The kitchen is pretty updated. It is well-stocked with pots and pans, and even spices, cooking oil, and paper products. This unit is incredibly spacious. The views from the large sliding glass windows in both the bedrooms and living area are spectacular, of both the ocean and the golf course. It has a wrap around lanai with lots of seating. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys galore in the closet. And it is the closest condo to the beach walk, 5 minutes to the Black Rock area. Of course, the cabana is a terrific plus with a spacious kitchen, seating area and beach chairs and towels available. Sure, some of the decor and furnishings are dated. But ask yourself, “Is this what you care about when you come to Hawaii?” I prefer a quiet, lovely location and easy walking to one of the best beaches on Maui. We will be back.
We loved this Maui Condo. Beautiful view. Excellent location close to the beach. We loved sitting outside and being close enough to walk to everything.Owner texted when the 2nd payment was due, but other than that there was no contact. The place was perfect and I didn’t need him.We did not love the king bed. The side closest to the bathroom is especially uncomfortable and feels like you could roll off. My adult boys loved the single beds in the 2nd bedroom. The closet of beach gear including several ice chests, beach chairs and boogie board was fantastic!I’d stay here again if that bed was replaced.
Great view of ocean, beach, golf course. Spacious rooms with large lanai! Close to restaurants and shopping yet separated from noise and traffic!
The condo was lovely!! Hand carved wooded doors. Very Hawaiian style. Best view of the golf course and the beach. Sunsets were amazing. Fully stocked kitchen. Needs a can opener. The light over the dinning table needs to be fixed but everything else was wonderful!! Thanks so very much….
The stay was fantastic. Great property and place to stay. Can’t wait to do it again.
Enjoyed the beach, pool, sunsets, views and playing or watching golf. This place has everything you want.
The location was wonderful and ocean views from their windows were gorgeous. We frequently saw whales from the lanai. The unit was well stocked for our needs. Checking in was tense because the cleaning/management company had not informed the front desk of our arrival. It was resolved with a couple phone calls. Checking out was also a concern because the time listed for check out was 11:00 a.m. but the cleaning/management company arrived at 10:00 and said we had to be out at 10 or there would be a fine.

Lovely corner patio which is a great, very spacious. The over all furnishings are good, but outdated. The carpets were quiet dirty. With all the dark wood perhaps some lighter pictures or lamps would really help. But other than that. It was well stocked, would come here again!
