We enjoy staying at Ka’anapali Royal H 202being close to beach/ restaurants and shopping as well having privacy while at hot tub or pool on the property .Apartment may needed some updates and cleaning but overall a positive experience .
Terrific location and amenties. Great proximity to shopping and boardwalk.Unit was large, well appointed and had a lively view.Could use a refresh, but was really great for our family.
This property was as good if not better than advertised! We really enjoyed the spaciousness (vs a small resort room) and how well appointed the unit was to meet all of our needs and make it truly feel like a vacation HOME. We really hope to return in the future!
This property is beautiful, quite and has a amazing view. The condo is spacious and the layout is perfect. Thank you for letting us enjoy this little piece of heaven. We will be back.

We enjoyed the property very much with one exception. The property had a noticeable musty/damp odor upon initial entry and mildew around the forced air vent in the second bedroom.
Otherwise the unit was clean, well stocked, and well appointed.
The location was exceptional and the complex was very quiet.
We would stay there again with assurances that the mildew issue is resolved.
Enjoyed our stay. The property was a very clean well furnished and well supplied. Also in a very nice environment. Parking was a bit of a challenge at times

The unit was nice and very spacious. However we did not find it an “easy”stroll to Whalers Village or to the beach. It was quite a walk and uphill most of the way back to the unit. One thing we did not like were the bed linens. They were so worn that they were almost transparent. In fact my daughter refused to sleep on them. A unit as nice as this really should have quality linens. Also the smaller bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned properly. There was “used” soap from the previous occupant in the shower and the shower itself was not clean. We did have one problem with the AC the first day of our arrival. Despite this we did enjoy our stay. Would I rent this property again, no I would not.
Everything about Maui is right there.
Everyone is very friendly and responsive. We had one small hiccup as the gate codes had changed prior to our last communication so I had to get a hold of night security when we arrived, but they responded quickly.
