With plenty of restaurants and grocery shopping at the times market. If you need anything you forgot you can walk right across the street. This property does NOT charge for parking like most Other properties do on the island do. This will save you 25/day! The only additional fee that you’ll pay is the Hawaii state tax directly to the front desk which is $ 16/day dependibg on size if unit per day.

Guest Acknowledges and Agrees to Understanding that MANDATORY CONDITIONS of BOOKING and STAY are as follows:
1. Guest must have a valid Major Credit Card in Guest Name . . . 00 (usd), and possibly more, Resort Dependent and completely Resort Discretionary). Resort will also each day, attempt re-authorization of any daily amounts (room charged by Guests) at on-property stores, restaurants, cafe’s, food carts/stations, and or at activity centers and or for actual activities booked (and or participated in). If no room charges are made by guest(s) on any given day, the Resort generally doesn't not attempt any additional authorization holds against the prior Guest tendered credit card for those dormant room charge days.
This Authorization Hold is Mandatory and is completely at the Resorts Discretion. Host has nothing to do with this Resort Requirement, nor with collecting any credit card information from Guest, nor with any rules or functionings pertaining to collection of credit card information and or for any and all requirements for Guest Name to be on the credit card that Resort is willing to Accept. Cash IS NOT an Alternative for checkin, a Major Credit Card must be tendered, and must be valid, and in Guest Name. Host will never see, nor be shared with (nor know) any of Guest Credit Card info of either Airbnb or Resort credit card tenderings.
2. Guest acknowledges that he/she is responsible (to the Resort at checkin) for all Resort Daily State Taxes (not already collected by Airbnb for this specific reservation). 00 (usd) per day depending upon unit size booked, and is a specific combination of State Tourism and Sales Taxes, State mandated and assessed.
Host has no control in setting the daily tax rate, nor does the Resort; and this fee is non-negotiable by any party. The daily tax rate is mandated by the State, and is subject to being changed at any time (by the State).
3. Guest is wholly responsible to Resort and to Airbnb for any property thefts, property damages (done) and or on property rules violations resulting in Resort assessed fines for damages to Resort Property and or for Smoking Violations (by registered Guest(s) and or their invited and or uninvited visiting guests during Guest period of stay). Guest further acknowledges and understands, and agrees . . . that part of the Authorization Hold taken by the Resort at checkin (on Guest Major Credit Card) is for purposes of securing financial protection(s) against any such verifiable incidents; and that Guest credit card will be charged for any Guest room charges, thefts, damages and or rules violations.

There is no exception to this Resort Policy and if name match (Booking Name, Credit Card, and State or Federal Issued Valid ID) differs on any of these 3 requirements, checkin will be denied by Resort Front Desk, and the Reservation remains non-refundable as per Terms of Service, Terms of Booking Requirements.
5. Guest acknowledges that he, family and any visiting and or staying guests (invited or uninvited) are subject to following all rules of the Resort, at all times. Once on property, Resort Rules become effective and become an amended and incorporated part of Host, Airbnb, Resort and Guest Agreement, House Rules (Terms of Service to this Booking).
GUEST ACKNOWLEDGES and AGREES to these non-negotiable Terms, and by continuing, and in BOOKING this stay, Guest further acknowledges to being fully bound to the workings and responsibilities, and additional fees and Mechanisms of ID and Payment Matching, and all other attendant responsibilities (highlighted above) that is involved in/with this stay, upon its Booking.

We were scheduled to stay elsewhere and the property had an issue so we were looking just a week before our arrival. Host was prompt in responding and very thorough.
