Property Description

International Colony Club’s cottage 29 is located in the world-famous Kaanapali Beach area, and a five minute walk from one of Maui’s best beaches. Built in 1964, this community affords a spacious and mature landscape between 44 private cottages spread over 10 acres.

Our Hawaiian plantation style cottage is reminiscent of homes built during the plantation era and conveniently located close to beaches, shopping and restaurants, but is secluded from the hustle and bustle of big resorts.

The space
The cottage has all the conveniences needed to enjoy an extended stay including a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a Wolf range, large front-loading washer and dryer, fully furnished lanai and a beautifully appointed interior with high-end furnishings along with memory foam and pillow top beds. Your day at the beach will be comfortable using the included beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and cooler. You also have a choice of using either of two heated pools on the property.

This home opens to a tropically landscaped environment with a large outdoor living space. The outdoor daybed is a perfect space to enjoy a book on the private and quiet lanai. Trade winds provide ample natural cooling through the cottage’s abundant louvered and patio windows.

Guest access
Full access to the home, parking and two pools are on the ICC grounds. Late check ins are easily accommodated.

Other things to note
Cottage 29 is located within the interior of the ICC community well away from any roads and is accessible from parking lots by walking. No cars are allowed to drive on the ICC grounds or directly to the cottages.
