   OUR CONDO UNIT HAS A MAXIMUM # OF GUESTS ( INCLUDES CHILDREN AND INFANTS)  TOTAL  GUESTS  6 (SIX).

Our condo unit  is located on the ground floor front and center on the world famous Kaanapali Beach Resort. Our Ocean View condo is OWNER OPERATED AND  MANAGED.   Our Ocean View spacious and luxurious family sized 2 bedroom / 2 bath is a totally re-designed and remodeled end corner ground floor condo spread over 1400 sq feet of open living space. We did not hold back, this is a five star award winning luxury condo.



Our condo has an open plan design, the Front entrance has 2 Small Stairs, opeing up from the hall entrance to the main living space,  taking full advantage of the views as it is surrounded by large open windows, the advantage of our corner condo. The dining room has a large family sized table with seating for a party of 6 . and there is also a kitchen island bar, that has added seating next to the dining room.



Our family ground floor unit includes many extras not offered on any of the floors above. Our premier luxury condo is located in building four, and is the North End Corner unit, which offers extra windows, extra light, and extra views. The condo does have private gardens surrounding the exterior bedrooms and dining areas windows for your privacy.



The living room lanai slider opens up to the lush manicured lawn with tropical gardens, and a lit walkway with views of the pool areas and the beach front walkways and a Ocean view. Being on the 1st floor allows you very quick and easy access in and out from the ocean view lanai. No need to take the elevator. . It is like staying at a beach cottage with a full service resort in your own backyard.



You have a wonderful grass play area for the young children, the 2 new pools, one is a children's pool, hot tubs, bbq’s, outdoor showers, covered outdoor cabana area with large flat screen tv's, most importantly is the the wonderful Sandy Kaanapali Beach out front.



Just down the walkway is the new Athletic fitness building and spa, tennis courts, and a yoga studio. Convenience is number one. Our Master bedroom has a wonderful California King bed with luxurious linens and also extra large walk-in closet, in both suites.



There are 2 full sized beds in the Guest bedroom along with the new queen sofa sleeper in living room, the condo is a perfectly comfortable fit for a party up to 6 adults. Both the Master bath and the Guest bath feature spacious walk-in showers, ( small 4 inch floor dam)  floor to ceiling tiles, double vanities, lots of mirrors, well lit, and plenty of space.    



Make mealtime preparation enjoyable in your fully appointed and very spacious kitchen.  ,.   We have the single Pod system KEURIG COFFEE MACHINE and supply 10 pods on check-in, and a blender and Heingkle knives. The dining table sits large groups, with room to spare and also extra seating at the bar side counter. Our living room is spacious and of contemporary design, still family friendly and comfortable.



The decor is infused with the spirit of tropical elegance. Entertainment amenities include a 55 in. Sony flat screen TV,  with secure WIFI internet service available in the condo. The master bedroom also has a 42 in. flat screen TV. For your security we also have installed a room safe in the master for your valuables.

Open the living room lanai sliders which is ocean view straight out front, and step out onto the lush manicured lawn that is surrounded with tropical gardens. Take a walk down the path way and enjoy the best beach on Maui. Our beach out front is the world famous Kaanapali Beach, here you can sun, swim, snorkel, surf, or even just lounge on the sandy beach!
here you can watch the world pass by, or sip your favorite java, take a nap, also great to sit back with a ice cold refreshment and watch the sunsets! Air-conditioned, free parking, this is a real treasure!

CANCELATION POLICY FOR ALL OF OUR RENTAL CONDOS:

Your total rental charges are fully refundable less $100 bookkeeping fee that includes your refund chargeback fee for processing. if you cancel your reservation on or 45 days before the date of your arrival.

f you cancel after that date, only the rental charges are nonrefundable and forfeited in full, unless we are able to re-book the unit for the same dates, time and conditions as your reservation. To recoup the costs of nonrefundable travel expenses, we encourage you to purchase Trip Cancelation Insurance.
  Some door ways will not work with the width of a wheel chair.
   NO MORE THAN 6  otherwise you can be asked to VACATE the condo unit.

ALL GUEST AND OWNERS PLEASE REMOVE YOUR GARBAGE DAILY TO THE GARBAGE CHUTE IN THE HALLWAY NEXT TO THE ELEVATORS.   THIS INCLUDES YOUR RE-CYCLABLE ITEMS.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.



IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
