Our condo unit is located on the ground floor front and center on the world famous Kaanapali Beach Resort. Our Ocean View condo is OWNER OPERATED AND MANAGED. Our Ocean View spacious and luxurious family sized 2 bedroom / 2 bath is a totally re-designed and remodeled end corner ground floor condo spread over 1400 sq feet of open living space.
Our condo has an open plan design, the Front entrance has 2 Small Stairs, opeing up from the hall entrance to the main living space, taking full advantage of the views as it is surrounded by large open windows, the advantage of our corner condo. The dining room has a large family sized table with seating for a party of 6 . .
Our family ground floor unit includes many extras not offered on any of the floors above. Our premier luxury condo is located in building four, and is the North End Corner unit, which offers extra windows, extra light, and extra views.
The living room lanai slider opens up to the lush manicured lawn with tropical gardens, and a lit walkway with views of the pool areas and the beach front walkways and a Ocean view. Being on the 1st floor allows you very quick and easy access in and out from the ocean view lanai. No need to take the elevator. . .
Just down the walkway is the new Athletic fitness building and spa, tennis courts, and a yoga studio. Convenience is number one.
There are 2 full sized beds in the Guest bedroom along with the new queen sofa sleeper in living room, the condo is a perfectly comfortable fit for a party up to 6 adults. Both the Master bath and the Guest bath feature spacious walk-in showers, ( small 4 inch floor dam) floor to ceiling tiles, double vanities, lots of mirrors, well lit, and plenty of space.
Make mealtime preparation enjoyable in your fully appointed and very spacious kitchen. ,. . We have the single Pod system KEURIG COFFEE MACHINE and supply 10 pods on check-in, and a blender and Heingkle knives. The dining table sits large groups, with room to spare and also extra seating at the bar side counter.
The decor is infused with the spirit of tropical elegance. Entertainment amenities include a 55 in. Sony flat screen TV, with secure WIFI internet service available in the condo. The master bedroom also has a 42 in. flat screen TV. .
Open the living room lanai sliders which is ocean view straight out front, and step out onto the lush manicured lawn that is surrounded with tropical gardens. Take a walk down the path way and enjoy the best beach on Maui. . here you can watch the world pass by, or sip your favorite java, take a nap, also great to sit back with a ice cold refreshment and watch the sunsets! ! ! You will recieve a parking pass and instructions on parking upon check-in at the front desk.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii.
IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests.

We have been staying at the Ka’anapali Ali’i for over 30 years and this was one of the superior stays we’ve had. Terrific location, plenty of space and beautiful views. Bonnie was outstanding from the start of the process. Very communicative, responsive and overall easy to work with. She did a terrific job at explaining the amenities of the condo and met every expectation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kaanapali Alii 416. The location was perfect, on the ground floor and just adjacent to the pool area which made it great for the 3-year-old in our group. She loved running around on the lawn area every day and it was quick and easy to go back and forth between beach/pool/condo. There were 6 of us in our group with more than ample space in our unit. Our unit had everything you could want (a few more large dinner plates would be useful) and more. We will definitely visit again and request the same unit.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Ideal location, great condo amenities (the grill area was perfect for grilling our fresh caught fish from the day), relaxing, clean, and had everything we needed. We really loved the garden level access. You can see the ocean from the patio and loved how convenient it was to just walk right out! The host's communication was great and check in was seamless. We are frequent VRBO renters and this property checked all the boxes! We would highly recommend!

Aloha! This is such a beautiful facility. Right next to the beach. Pools and hot tubs are in excellent condition. Our unit had lots of spices available for cooking. The fridge gets completely cleaned after each visitor so you’ll need butter, salad dressings, jams… There is a Keurig for coffee and the facility has coffee brewed each morning by the pool. The grills are great to use on a night you want to stay in for a meal. Some nights there is a grill master that will cook your food for you. Just bring cash for tipping. The wind is loud at night so if you’re a light sleeper ear plugs would be useful. Mahalo!

I don't want to write a REALLY great review because it will be harder for us to get back into this unit :) We will definitely be booking this one again. Wish Bonnie had two just like this one. Bonnie is fantastic. She was there for us all the way. The Alii staff at the pool are always super helpful

Some might be put off because there weren’t any restaurants on sight. The plus side is this makes the property much quieter. It was a quick walk to many great restaurants at nearby resorts, then we’d come back to our much quieter complex and be so thankful we were at the Ali’i. We loved the pools, the large grilling area, the huge covered patio with big screen tv’s, the many lounge chairs to choose from (never having to go out early to “save” chairs), the beautiful landscaping and tropical plants and so much more. Best communication before and during our stay.
