Everything was exactly as described. We also asked in advance about baby equipment and the owners responded promptly and with all relevant details.Our only issue was that the actual person who made the reservation (me) was not present at check in. Even though we had supplied all of the names of folks who were staying in the unit -- and we all had the same last name -- the staff at the front desk would not let them check in without contacting me (I was not reachable) or the owners.
Accommodations were wonderful and exactly as described. View was amazing and grounds well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.
The property was clean and was well represented on the website. It was a perfect location with walkability to restaurants, shopping and water excursions. We felt right at home in the property and enjoyed the space. We would choose this property again.
This property was fantastic! The location could not have been better. It was a quick walk to many shops and restaurants. The unit was very clean and well stocked. We would definitely recommend this unit!
Great location and accommodations. Close to everything. Check in process 4 stars versus 5 stars because the front desk doesn't really manage this property so was a little back and forth waiting for room to get cleaned. We got in at 415pm so not bad. Only thing I would say could be improvement (isn't the condo problem) is the parking for large SUVs. The inside garage is only place you can park and if you have a large SUV very limited spots and very tight parking. The outside areas have like a 6' clearance so you can't park outside....Other than that (minor) a fabulous stay and we would certainly rent again....mahalo

We absolutely loved our stay and were wishing we could stay longer!! The location was perfect and the view was beautiful! The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. We walked to Whalers Village everyday for coffee, shaved ice and shopping. We even watched the luau at the Westin from our balcony one night. I will book this exact condo if we ever get to come back.
The property was in a great location with close proximity to the walking path and the restaurants and shops. Beachfront was ideal and the provided beach chairs and towels made it very convenient. Enjoyed our stay!

Great condo! Very clean and great view of the ocean. My family has made many trips to the Ali'i grounds over the years. Can't beat the location- steps from the pool and beach, short walk to Whaler's Village, and short walk to Starbucks at the Westin next door. Love it!
Great location , excellent amenities, covered parking, walk to whalers village and black rock. Facility staff are excellent and accommodating, very comfortable beds, overlooks luau next door 6p-8p.
The condo was so clean and quiet and much more spacious than we expected. Location was great. The only thing we did not know was that the pool view from the pictures are not Kaanapali Alii. A little disappointed about the pool, but over all was a great trip. We had many great shows from the Luau from the balcony. Pretty great! The owners were great to communicate with and had no issues with that. The garbage disposal decided not to drain and the sink backed up at one point, however, one of the ladies in our group fixed it. Great trip

This unit was perfect for our family (3 adults and 2 young kids). It had everything listed, an amazing view, plenty of space, and a bonus that it overlooks a luau that you can listen to most nights while you enjoy your dinner on the patio :) The amenities were amazing and I highly recommend getting a massage or two at the spa. We plan on coming back and staying here again :)
Wonderful stay. This 3 bedroom condo easily accommodated 6 adults. It was clean spacious and location was perfect. Zero complaints
We all loved the Kannapoli Alli. Its very peaceful here and we loved laying out by the pool as it was not crowded at all. Our condo was on the 9th floor and we had great views of the Westin Luau. We will definitely be back!

Well, within 30 seconds of walking in we were watching humpback whales breech. How’s that for a welcome? Beautiful place. Tons of space. Everything you need. It’s high enough above the tree line to have a view of everything. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!
This 3 bedroom condo was perfect. It was my husband and I and 2 adult children. The place was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable. Some nights we were able to hear and see the luau nextdoor at the Westin. Really fun!! If you closed the doors you didn’t hear it. This is our 3rd stay at the Kanapali Alii. We love it!! My 3 stars for the listing is because the pictures did not do it justice. The beds were not made etc… it is very lovely!
Pretty property, basically on the beach. Due to a unit below us the water had to be shut off on two different days but they notified us before and shut it off at a time when we normally would not be in the unit anyway. Majority of the workers were very nice. Saw lots of whales sitting on the lanai and the unit is beautiful.
We have stayed in several of this owner’s properties and just loved every stay. Cannot wait to come back. Since our very first stay our family has grown and each time our stays have grown longer and wonderful memories were made and are treasured.
Our condo was lovely and had everything we wanted for a comfortable stay.
