A spacious well equipped property, beachfront with wonderful views from the balcony. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, well equipped kitchen. However, the interior is looking tired, paintwork needs refreshing, carpets need cleaning and throw pillows need cleaning/replacing. I communicated these suggestions to the management company and they were most receptive. Overall a good stay, dining out at Whalers Village could become expensive, but we did pick up one night and ate in which was great.

This place has an incredible view and the extra seating for the office is great! The resort is outstanding. Note there isn’t any food or beverage pool side or beach service at this resort.
We had a great time and loved the condo. The location and views from the 10th floor was spectacular! We definitely will come back.
We were expecting more from the accommodations for the price. The photos show a much lighter version than reality. The furniture is falling apart, the backing under the couches & dining room chairs kept falling on the floor in pieces. The carpet in bedrooms were stained & had a musty smell. We ran our diffuser so we could sleep. Sheets in master had holes & the bed was not very comfortable. The ceiling fans worked but are showing wear as stain was coming off on the blades. We had trouble figuring out the dishwasher because 1 button was missing.
The property was nice & the view was fabulous.
When we reported a problem, we received quick responses.

We had plenty of room for the eight of us. The listing was as described. It was just moments away from the beach and the home had everything you needed for a nice day at the beach. As long as you stock up your fridge and bring your snacks to the pool or the beach and your drinks as well - you will be well prepared. Instacart also delivers there which is nice and it’s within walking distance to all the restaurants Everything was seamless and we will be back.

My wife left several voice messages asking about cleaning services but did not get a response. After determining that cleaning services were not included we were ok with that, but the fact that she did not get a response ever was concerning. We also found several roaches in the balcony, we have photos, and a small roach in the kitchen counter. Overall, it was OK, the fact that we were with family made us ignore the above items. Would we revisit, I believe not, for the $11000 that we spend we expected better than our home, but it was not up to par with it, except for the ocean view
