Quiet, beautiful, amazing access to Tunnels, and a very responsive management team (we needed some help with fans) all led to a great stay!

Our stay at this beautiful home in Hanalei was nothing short of incredible! One of the standout features was the thoughtful layout—each room felt private and spacious. The real highlight, though, was the lovely patios off of every room, providing a perfect spot to enjoy the tropical breeze, sip morning coffee, or unwind after a day at the beach.The home itself was warm and inviting, stocked with helpful books and resources that enriched our stay. From guides on local hikes and wildlife to island-inspired meals, everything felt curated to enhance the Hanalei experience.The location was fantastic—peaceful yet close to everything. Whether we were relaxing on the patio, exploring the nearby beaches, or simply enjoying this thoughtfully designed space, we felt completely at home.
My family of 8 had a wonderful stay here. With 5 bedrooms, we each had our own space. The wrap around lanai was our favorite feature. The lush backyard and views of the mountains from here were a welcome addition. The kitchen was well equipped and table for 8 fit us all. Only drawback would be it is a trek to anywhere but the northern reaches. Since those include Tunnels Beach and the Nepali Coast it was an easy inconvenience to overlook.
It was a great size for a large group. Two families of four plus a MIL. 5 adults, 2 children and 2 infants. We were very comfortable. Well outfitted kitchen. Many areas to hang out inside and outside. We didn’t go to the beach walking distance much. But Hanalei, Anini and Hā’ena were all awesome and we went multiple times each. Overall, it’s accessible to a lot of great stuff via short drive. We would go back to this property.
The house is nice, well equipped and a great location. We lost power for about 40 hours due to a wind storm. This was in nobody's control but the management response was disappointing at best. When asked about candles or flashlights, I was told ("Dang!") there used to be some but they must have been removed by earlier guests. No offers to bring us anything to replace the missing flashlights. Interestingly, a neighbor had stopped us earlier in the day as we walked back from the beach to make sure we had flashlights stating that power typically was out with windstorms so we assumed that there would be supplies at the house due to this predictable occurrence. At no point did anyone check in to see how we were coping or if we needed anything and when I asked what the plan would be if the power didn't return, I got no response at all to my inquiry. I love the island but won't return to a property managed by Kauai Palms Real Estate.

This was our third stay at this lovely home. The views of the surrounding mountains are spectacular. The five bedrooms and full kitchen make it a wonderful spot for extended family stays. All ages have really enjoyed the home, and the area. We did a big Costco shop before arriving, and visit was perfect!

We had an amazing time the house was fantastic and a perfect location for our needs. Walking distance to tunnels and easy access to the shuttle pick up for Napa Coast Trail. We just wish we could've stayed longer.
We spent a full week in this house, and had an amazing time!
We had 9 adults in the house, plenty of space for hanging out on a couple of our rainy days, and 3 showers were plenty for after beaches or days out.
Overall, we had a great stay at this property! The space is much larger and all of the rooms were even nicer than they appeared in the photos. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach. They have beach toys, snorkels and masks, and many travel chairs available to use, which made beach outings much more fun and relaxing! The full porch was a wonderful spot to relax, and the fans kept the house comfortable on hotter days. However, we did find that the lack of extra toilet paper and paper towels was a bit inconvenient. We really didn't want to make the drive in to town to restock some. Unfortunately, we had to because the manager did not, being a weekend. Despite this minor issue, we would recommend this rental for its excellent location and comfortable living space. The porch and furniture all around on it made the place for us!
This property was perfect in so many ways. We were a large party and finding a vacation rental with enough bedrooms and bathrooms is challenging for the north shore of Kaua'i. The home is well appointed for the vacation experience, and the wrap-around lanai is really nice to enjoy all of the surroundings. The area beneath the home was a perfect hang out during rainy weather with plenty of space for the adults and kids to enjoy outside of the house, plus you can park under the home which is nice when it rains. We thoroughly enjoyed the home as our base for our Kaua'i excursions and it met all of my family's needs.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Our party consisted of 4 adults & 3 kids who spent a total of 10 days at this location and we loved it. The beach was five minutes away by foot, the neighbor was sociable and kind, and it felt like a local spot not too many travel. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were plenty of fans to use if needed, and more than enough towels for beach trips. Loved it!
Our extended family of 8 stayed here for 4 nights. We enjoyed the home's spaciousness, well equipped kitchen, location within walking distance of the beach, view, balconies... really, everything.
We had a wonderful stay the house itself at all needs. It was in a perfect location, easy access to beaches. The check-in process was excellent and our contact person was very responsive to any needs or questions were really flexible and worked with us on our exit time.
This house is spacious, well-appointed, and clean. We really enjoyed the wraparound lanai, as well as the walkability to the ocean. A very comfortable place for our family of 8. Would definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful time. We cooked in after a trip to Costco. The stopper for the tub does not work. If you buy a flat rubber stopper, people would be able to use it. Perfect property for families.
This house is superb, not just for its location, ample outdoor area and open concept but the thoughtfulness that went into stocking it with everything you could possibly need. We loved that you can walk to a really peaceful beach with swimming access that was a nice break from the crowds at Hanalei Bay. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back in the future!
