This was our first time to Kauia so we had never been to Princeville. It is a lot like southern Orange County, CA and not an authentic Hawaiian kind of experience. That said, the studio was a nice place to stay and reasonably priced. The kitchen was well stocked. They gave us access to an ice chest and beach chairs that were really helpful for our trips to the beach. You need to drive to get to anyplace except that you can walk to the Queen's Bath and that was worth seeing. Super comfortable bed and lots of TV streaming services available.
The bed was probably the comfiest bed I've ever stayed in as far as vacation rentals go. The place was very comfy and spacious for two people, I liked having the separation between the floors. It was great to have a full kitchen, the beach towels were handy and the location was easy (so nice to have our car right on the driveway!)
We really enjoyed our stay here! We were unsure of where we wanted to stay on Kauai and were really happy we chose the north shore - it is incredibly beautiful. This property a wonderful home base for exploring. It is close to a nearby grocery store and restaurants and is walking distance from beautiful Hideaway Beach, which is wonderful because parking for this beach is very limited. It's also walking distance from Queens Bath and a beautiful lookout where you can watch the sunset. The studio itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was cold, there was plenty of cookware, and it was very nice to have access to a washer and dryer. The property management company provided a very helpful guide to our stay and were welcoming and responsive to questions. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Mahalo!
Super cute little studio in a quiet neighborhood in princeville. The management company was awesome! Even bought us a little propane grill to have so we didn't have to share with the main house. Loved the bed too, super comfy!!
