Stay was great for our large family group. We did have some minor problems that were eventually taken care of. One we noticed clean up, refrigerator light isn’t working. Mahalo

Very comfortable stay, lovely home, very roomy. The pool is very close. There is shopping at the King’s shops and the Queen’s shops within a short walk. The beach is also within walking distance. The back patio looks over the golf course. Loved it, would visit again.
We recently stayed at this unit and had an overall great experience. The location is perfect—convenient and close to everything we needed. The unit was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Some of the windows and blinds were difficult to operate. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with throughout the process, which we really appreciated. We received notice that the owner had made a small claim against the insurance policy, but have not had further interactions about it. Given the use of the condo, we would take pictures and make sure we paid for the insurance if renting again.

We arrived at Fairway Villas at night and woke to a stunning sunrise and the feeling of awe at the beautiful surroundings. Our family gathered from the US and Japan to celebrate our 60th anniversary and we couldn't have asked for more. Our accommodations were beautiful with a well stocked kitchen and enough room for everyone both inside and on the patio. Our location was perfect. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach, Queens Market and Kings shops and we were able to drive to other parts of the island with ease. Seeing the Kilauea volcano erupt was a once in a lifetime experience and seeing the stars above the clouds was awe inspiring. For all of us, being together was the highlight of the trip, and doing that in this beautiful villa in Waikoloa made it even more memorable.
Gorgeous house with tons of space and extra bedding if needed, the ground floor deck was so lovely to enjoy a morning coffee. Pool area is gorgeous and super warm water (no kids allowed in hot tub but the pool water is so warm it wasn’t an issue), easy walk to the kings and queens shops and we even walked down to the beach for sunset one night. Very close to grocery stores and all the main beaches. The host responded immediately to any questions. We appreciated the boogie boards, snorkels, beach chairs, and high quality large rolling cooler - it made beach days so easy
Property is located in great area, walkable to Kings and Queens Market in Waikaloa. Quick drive to Kona area, Costco, Waimea etc. It is near a nice beach. Having the 3rd bathroom with 7 people was great. Host was quick to respond to questions. Nice condo.
We loved our time at the beautiful Waikoloa Village. The condo was so conveniently located - a 5-minute walk to the grocery store and the local village with shops and restaurants. It was perfect for our group of all ages so folks could venture out and do whatever their hearts desired each day. The condo was spacious, clean, and quiet.

The owner was fabulous, incredible how available and responsive he was to every inquiry before going and while inhabiting his condo. We were a group of 4 women and the floor plan couldn’t have been better giving us individual spaces. However, the condo could easily 8 people, but as stated, we liked our individual spaces. Loved the upstairs nook for reading. The location was perfect, It’s set on a golf course with beautiful views, the swimming pool is just across the street and it’s easy walking distance to nearby shopping and restaurants.
This condo was beautiful! We had a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer. It was fully equipped with anything you would need. The beds were very comfortable and having 3 bathrooms made it very convenience for everyone to get ready everyday. The property was close to shopping and restaurants. The pool area was so close and never crowded. We can’t wait to stay here again next time we come back to the Big Island!
Had a great stay at this condo. Communication with owner , Joshua, was excellent and efficient. Check in was easy and loved the close location to the pool!
Everything about this place was excellent. All the amenities, the beach and pool toys etc.
