Upon arrival we encountered renovations going on in the apartment next door that were extremely loud. We rang the realtor, who had us in a new apartment within the hour. The new apartment was nice and clean fantastic views of both the ocean and the golf course. The only negative was the air-conditioner was extremely noisey. I would suggest that this gets looked at before next guests.It had a really good size balcony, and great swimming pool area which was considerably larger than we anticipated a nice surprise😀
Incredible view from the lanai and the pool was lovely. The kitchen is on the small side which was ok since I dined out during my visit.

The building itself is outdated. Our condo 3711 is clean enough but one of the bed sheets had a dirty spot. The location and cost was good.

First of all, the view was amazing.The room facilities and amenities are not old and I felt comfortable during my stay. It would have been great if the check-out time was 11:00.
The property is in a great location. Both the beds had stains on the sheets when we arrived. Owner responded and got it fixed the next day.
One of the cabinets fell on my foot and to this day is still very sore and I was down for almaotn3 days not being able to do much walking on the trip. Has made going back to work very difficult. The manager didn’t care. Stains on the sheets, very limited kitchen items to make anything. The pictures of the unit make it look like it’s much bigger than it really is. The AC unit didn’t work after multiple times try to get someone to fix it. Neither one of us slept because we were sweating the entire time. The owner said they were going to send someone to fix it and never did. Miserable stay and would have liked my money back but they ignore that.
Great view and location. A few small cockroaches in the unit but other than that had a great stay.
Trade wind breeze. Dramatic mountain clouds. Parry wave surfer views. Centrally located.

Ideal location. Really everything in walking distance 5 -15 minutes. Excellent bus experience can also take you to location of interest, $3.00
International Market and Waikiki Market and other markets where you can buy groceries, prepared meals a few blocks away.
They have bbq’s on the 6th Floor where you can cook up your own food, you got from the market.
I took advantage of the pool, hot tub and sauna almost every day. Hot tub and sauna was great to relax after a day of touring around .
They have a small convenience shop on the 6th floor. Lots of laundry machines, reasonable prices to use.
They have a place on ground level you can buy breakfast.

I had a terrible day on Dec 31, 2023, because I could not enter the room at the time of check in 15:00 due to misinformation of the passcode by Lei Hawaii Realty Inc. I tried making a phonecall to the number given by Lei Hawaii Realty Inc., but nobody answered. I made everyone in my family so disappointed. It was a terrible day of 2023.

Excellent comfy clean condo. Great location with a view. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Little noisy from the balcony but manageable.
Unit was excellent. Could have used a sink in the main area instead of having to wash dishes in the bathroom. Door code did not work upon arrival at 11pm. Has to rent a hotel room.
