The bathroom had a faint odor of urine and the sliding door was somewhat difficult to close because the wheels had come off the track. While the space felt outdated, overall the stay was pleasant.
The room is a little dated & could use some updates. The bathroom for sure could do with a renovation. The shower was awful. The hot water would go in & out while showering. I called twice & no one ever came to look at it & they claimed they did & nothing was wrong, which I know is false because I specifically asked to be called before anyone went into the room, so I didn’t appreciate that & in total honesty I’m not ever booking through the company Vacasa again. The hotel staff was super friendly, but couldn’t do anything for me because we rented through 3rd party.
It was a bad experience and stressful for the first night since beds were dirty and nasty smell covers sheets and pillows toaster dirty
Location was great … walked all Waikiki locations and the car was needed to do our own family excursions. Facility parking was secure and easy to use. Clean, beds/comfy, air conditioner was noisy and leaked where the water bucket container filled and service needed to be contacted to empty—they responded when called 2-days later—my son emptied it as water flowed down from the balcony. Recommendation is to provide the information on locking the door when exiting . No instructions given. Great stay otherwise.
The location and the building amenities are great. The unit was clean, but needs some attention to detail. For instance the toilet paper holder needs fixing, along with the toilet flushing handle, the dresser drawers don't work well, the curtain rod is not very secure, the bathtub has seen better days, and the bathroom faucet needs replacing. In addition the hot water in the kitchen faucet has no pressure at all. If it were my unit I would also update the artwork and just give the place a refresher. However, we are very grateful to have stayed there. Thank you very much.
Just what a wanted a nice clean room with the necessary services, nice view and all the commodities they have,
