I stayed at this property from May 19–29 and it was a complete disaster from the moment I arrived. The condo looks nothing like the photos on Vrbo. The furnishings are outdated and worn, and there was visible mold growing on the curtains—a serious health hazard. The unit was also unclean and clearly not maintained.I contacted the property management immediately, sent photos, and asked for a resolution. They told me the issue would be escalated to higher management—and then I never heard a word back. No apology. No follow-up. No solution. We were stuck for 10 nights in a place that felt dirty, unsafe, and absolutely not as advertised.This rental is blatant false advertising, and the total lack of accountability from the host or property manager is unacceptable. I would never book here again and strongly warn others to avoid this listing and this host entirely.
The space is pretty large, it worked well for 2 small families. Great location close to alot of places to eat, shop and walking distance to a beach.
The room itself could use some help. The shower curtain the bathroom is moldy, there is no locks on the sliders (a bit of a safety hazard for us with toddlers), there's a hole in the wall where an outlet once was so no where to plug anything in in the bedroom. Lots of little things like that. No remote for the fan in the bedroom to turn on the light/adjust the fan. It just feels like there are renovations that never got done.
Also the parking costs in the post should be updated. The valet cost is actually $45/day and the lot nearby is $28/day.
I liked the area but Im not sure id stay at this condo again since there are so many good options nearby.
This was a truly beautiful view from every window. The property was clean and accurately described. Although there is some deferred maintenance that should be addressed, overall, the property is in good condition. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Was a perfect place for our family of 5. Clean, spacious, great view, and perfect location. Amenities and everything that was in the place for us to use was so convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that’s nice about this unit is the view. The curtains are ripped and don’t work in the living room. The ceiling fan in the dining room doesn’t work. Walls need to be painted, toilet paper holders are missing from the wall. We could never get the TV in the living room to work, the communication with the property manager is terrible. I reached out to them every day and I never got a response on the phone just that someone would contact me via text. There should be a check in binder in the unit with instructions and passwords for Internet. the whole condo unit was experiencing electrical outages , so those were challenges that we had to face. If The owner of the unit would spend some money for some much-needed repairs. It would be a nice unit.
However, we will not be staying here again, nor will we recommend this unit. We live on the island of Kauai and we are property managers ourselves.
There was 7 of us staying. 3 adults and 4 adult kids. Having a sleeper sofa, and the air matresses provided were great. We were hardly there since we were out enjoying the island. It worked out great for us, and would stay again.
The apartment was perfect for our party of five. It was spacious enough that we didn’t feel on top of each other. The view from the balcony was amazing!
The curtains don't close all the way, are torn, and the apparatus do not function properly; the sliding doors to the lanai do not lock, which made me nervous with a two year old. The shower curtains were stained; there was no plug for the tub drain, no toilet paper holders--just a lot of standard accommodations I would have expected for the amount of money I was spending. Also, it was advertised that the Ilikai charges $28 for parking and they charge $45, so that was another surprise. Not what I expected. The rest of the unit seemed fine.
