Newer TV, comfortable bed, nice kitchen!
We did buy a couple of beach chairs and left them in the closet for the next guest!
2 suggestions: Please get a new couch & new patio chairs!
We always stay at the Ilikai when visiting Honolulu. This unit was nicely updated and very comfortable.

Easy access, good location.
This place is amazing, we haven’t used VrBo before so were a little unsure what to expect. What we got was more than we expected, fully furnished with even little things you wouldn’t expect (beach chair, umbrella, cart). Easily accessible washer/dryers (for a reasonable fee),great view, all kitchen utensils made it easy to settle in. We are a family of three and enjoyed this stay very much! We didn’t get to explore the property much but they had live music, restaurants and a short walk to main Waikiki, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something more than a hotel room!
The management is located on the first floor and we’re very accommodating to allow us to check out late due to our flights out.

We enjoyed our stay. This property is located close to lots of great restaurants and attractions. It’s a little dated and could use some light blocking curtains on the huge wall of windows but other than that our stay was great.
We stayed a week in this clean condo and enjoyed our time. The condo has a kitchen that we cooked in for some meals. The building is a classic Waikiki landmark and the condo is upgraded with A/C and such. We would stay again !! Thank you
The condo was advised, very clean and had all the pots pans plates and utensils you needed. If I had one complaint was that there was one dishwasher soap tab , about an ounce of dishwashing soap and only two rolls of toilet paper for a 16 day stay. I’m pretty sure that if you spent an extra $10 your tenants would appreciate the effort
it was a nice stay in a nice place with a nice pool.
Not really sure where to start, but will try my best to explain our experience for the potential rentals.
Location: it is a good location, very close to downtown and good beaches. Lots of restaurants and groceries are available within 10min drive.
Quality: it has a good view, I can’t ignore but it has only this good side. It is a pretty small room for party of 4 family. The pots, pans and etc are pretty old.
